The location of the hotel is very good, just across a small road is the port, and it is not far to walk to Sky Tower Queen Street; the staff is very friendly; the breakfast is simple but enough; both the room and the restaurant are very well ventilated👍

Albergo arredato con gusto e design nel centro di Auckland, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere varie zone della città e l'aeroporto (il bus diretto dall'aeroporto ferma a 10 minuti di strada a piedi dall'albergo, sotto la Sky Tower). Vi abbiamo soggiornato in due diverse occasioni: la prima stanza era più grande ma c'era un rumore molto forte e fastidioso che si ripeteva spesso (non abbiamo capito la fonte, pensiamo fosse un rumore idraulico), mentre la seconda camera era più silenziosa ma più piccola, abbiamo dovuto spostare un po' di mobili per riuscire ad aprire entrambe le valigie. Quindi l'esperienza potrebbe dipendere dalla stanza che viene assegnata. C'è un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo che può essere prenotato con un piccolo supplemento. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo quindi sono soddisfatta della scelta fatta.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Our room was large and had a nice patio attached. The staff was helpful and friendly. They let us keep our car parked there after we checked out for a few hours which helped us a lot. The in room coffee was really good. We did not take advantage of the pillow Menu but it was nice to know we had options.

Terrific setting near viaduct and beautifully appointed room with a great bed. However, the toilet is integrated into the main body of the room with limited privacy, behind a glass door that was more transparent than not. An odd design choice that won't be for everyone. Operating the television was hardly intuitive. A more minor annoyance is that water leaked from the adjacent shower into to the toilet area.

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Hafen. Schnell zu Fuß in der City und am Sky Tower. Gute Auswahl, Frühstück lecker. Pool erfrischend. Gerne wieder.

Always an enjoyable staff. all of the staff are great - could not be nicer or more helpful. The hotel has a great personable feel and the rooms have everything you could want - good seating and a work space and very comfortable beds. The location is easy to access, particularly with the parking option and so close to everything downtown and in the viaduct. Always an enjoyable stay.

Great location especially if you are catching a cruise. The only complaint I have is that the rug in my room was grubby otherwise this is a great hotel to stay in.
