Glencoe Country Bed and Breakfast
4.7/535 Reviews
Irene and Russell are amazing hosts who ensured our 3-night stay at Glencoe B & B was unforgettable. Our rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable. In our daughters' room, Russ split the bed into two singles. Each room is heated and has an ensuite stocked with quality towels and toiletries, and the living and dining areas have wood fires which was very appreciated as the temperatures dropped. We enjoyed sitting by the fire (with Howard the cat ^-^) playing games and reading books each evening enjoying a very impressive cheese platter created by Russ. Breakfast was amazing - fresh croissants, fresh fruits and cooked breakfast...made to order and of the highest quality. As we were visiting NW Tasmania for the first time, Russell gave us detailed itineraries and suggestions for each of our day trips including where to dine. This was invaluable and made our days out so much easier. Irene took us on a tour of the farm, and we had the pleasure of handfeeding the highland cows and meeting the newborn lambs! The gardens are beautiful - our girls enjoyed walking around meeting the free-range hens and ducks each afternoon. Irene and Russ are both very warm and hard-working people who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We enjoyed their company very much and would definitely stay again.
AAA Granary Accommodation
4.1/548 Reviews
This property had broken glass on our pateo and in the paddocks. Our toddler cut its finger on the broken lounge room window. It was not safe for the kids, the old gym was dangerous and like a junkyard. The basketball court was covered in slime. The horse was lame and needed some serious hoof filing, it could not even stand on one leg. The lights inside were so dim we could barely see. The sofas were covered in decades worth of grime. The dining chairs were broken and unsafe. We were not provided with a cloth for washing up, only a scourer. All the knives were completely blunt. We left our three night stay early and felt better for it. Other than this accommodation - we had a wonderful stay in Tasmania.
Barclay Motor Inn
4.3/552 Reviews
Greatly enjoyed my stay here, and will stay here the next time I am in Devonport, no question! Pat and Adrian are such warm and welcoming hosts, and I was very pleased by the lack of noise from the other rooms. My room was clean and comfortable, and although the bathroom layout was slightly less functional than maybe I wanted, I had no major issues at all. Highly recommend!

Manna Hill Farm
4.9/512 Reviews
The magnificent and some shocking Manna Mountain is in front of you, the cabin is warm and comfortable, the living facilities are complete, everything is available, the hostess Aileen cleans the cabin spotlessly, the hostess Simon is kind and kind, and of course their collie Amber, enjoy the perfect mountain life. Unfortunately, the rainy weather was rainy for two days, and I didn't appreciate the sunny Manna Mountain. The host was hospitable and talkative. Of course, you have to have English communication skills. If you can't, bring a translator. Many check-in rules and problems are solved. It is recommended to stay.
