Extremely satisfied! The hotel environment is great, and the room is very spacious, clean, and tidy. The service is also very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and all the facilities are well-equipped. There's even a robot that delivers takeout right to your door. Safety measures are excellent too; you need a room card to operate the elevator. It's also very close to Metro Line 7, making transportation convenient.

The location is super convenient, and the room was clean. The front desk staff was really friendly and even helped with our luggage. It's incredibly easy to get around from here, with major attractions like the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge just a stone's throw away – plenty of spots worth checking out and taking photos. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, and there are tons of amazing food options right downstairs. A foodie's paradise! Highly recommend.

I arrived and checked in past midnight and understood that room service was not available after 11pm. Ordered some item for delivery from *******. They managed to deliver an instant noodle hot pot to the hotel reception. But the robot delivery from reception to my room took around 30min which is not accepted. Wonder why it took so long for the robot to send the food up to my room. Even a local Chinese hotel without 4/5 stars rating can do better than this.

I chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹. Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong! At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷. I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy. I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣.

Traveling with my family, I searched online for many hotels and finally decided to stay at this one. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself is cozy and very clean. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely come back again.

I saw this hotel online and thought about coming over to try it. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasant. First of all, the sanitation is also in place, clean and comfortable. Of course, the hotel scenery is really amazing. It feels like living in the cloud. It is especially recommended to punch in the sunrise and the sea of clouds! And the whole hotel is very large and quiet, very suitable for vacation, check-in, eating have butler pick-up, also very considerate, the facilities are quite perfect, restaurant, cafe, chess and card room, billiards, ktv, basically all have, especially the taste of the restaurant is also very ok, are local specialties 👍, Of course, I also want to praise the front desk lady, the check-in is very fast, the service is very warm and thoughtful ~ In short, the personal experience is very good, I will come again if I have the opportunity, and I will recommend friends to come over! Give you a thumbs up 👍

The hotel is nice and worth the price. The room was same as shown in the official photos. It’s centrally located in the Jianghan Street Market, so everything is nearby—from dining and shopping to sightseeing spots. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Everything else is perfect

The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

AAnonymous UserService: Everyone was very enthusiastic. They called me in advance before check-in to advise on the best place for a taxi to stop, which was very thoughtful. Environment: Everything was very comfortable, and they even upgraded me to a premium king room for free. Cleanliness: The hygiene was relatively clean and tidy. My stay concluded perfectly, and the check-out experience was exceptionally pleasant. The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

Lot of common space , a living area, reading room, resting room. Lot of snacks to buy, water dispenser everything. Very close to the main area that turns into a food street at night after 10. Luckin coffee and many other eateries nearby. Affordable place. 5 mins walking to Pengialing metro station and park.

GGuest UserThe hotel is seen on the left step of the daughter city entrance and walks straight to the villa area. The room is in the basement, but there is a big skylight in the room. Sitting on a chair and lying flat, there is no flavor! Clean and tidy! The bedding was very comfortable, stayed for one night, okay! The bathtub water is huge! There is also a simple breakfast!

KkillymikeQuanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.
