Great environment, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The bedding was comfortable and spotless, offering excellent value for money. A perfect score hotel! This might not be the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's definitely the one that felt the most welcoming and full of love. Every staff member was enthusiastic and attentive, providing super-star service that made us feel truly at home.

Service: Due to our reasons, the reservation was wrong, and the front desk helped us change the room. Thank you very much to the front desk lady! Later, my glasses fell off while eating breakfast, and the front desk also helped us put them away. Thank you. Room: The room was clean and tidy without any odor. There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast: As shown in the picture, there are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious.

Our family traveled and stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel in Jingzhou. The hotel is not far from the ancient city and is convenient for sightseeing. Miss Zhao, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage (there was also a wheelchair, and my 90-year-old mother was accompanying us), she asked the concierge to help deliver the luggage to the room. Thank you! The double room we booked only had 2 breakfasts, so we asked Miss Zhao to help give one to the elderly. Miss Zhao helped apply for it quickly. Thank you Miss Zhao! The hotel room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and good service. Great! Recommend this hotel!

On our first day, we arrived at the hotel just as a wedding procession was taking place. Our taxi driver dropped us off early, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves and check in at the front desk. It certainly didn't feel like a five-star hotel's concierge service. Luckily, we encountered a concierge when we were leaving, otherwise, this stay would have been a huge disappointment. The twin room we got didn't have the small table and chairs by the window as shown in the promotional pictures. With two of us staying, only one person had a chair, leaving the other to either sit on the bed or stand. The bathroom faucet was an old-fashioned rotating type, and adjusting the hot and cold water in the shower was incredibly inconvenient – anyone who's used it would know. It feels like the hotel's facilities could really use an upgrade. Upon checking in, there were only two bottles of water in the room, and on one of the days, the tea bags weren't restocked. Was this an oversight by the staff or intentional? The welcome amenity was mooncakes, but I honestly would have preferred welcome fruit.

This was my first visit to Country Garden Xianning, and I truly felt it's the best hotel in the area. Yet, the official photos make it look quite old and dated, which always led us to travel further to Chibi for hot springs. In actuality, both the hotel's ambiance and the room conditions far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant environment was lovely, and the breakfast was hearty. They really should consider updating their promotional images! We were upgraded to a room with a spacious bay window. We asked a staff member for an extra duvet, and the kids absolutely loved playing on it! The Water World is located just across the road from the hotel, with a convenient shuttle service. While the hot springs remain the main draw, they've also added a wave pool and a bubble pool. The large slide is unfortunately out of commission, but for those not keen on thrilling rides, there's still plenty to enjoy. The wave pool's waves were genuinely some of the largest I've encountered in any hotel-affiliated water park – far surpassing those at a certain family hotel newly opened in Wuhan, which charges double the price! The complimentary use of single and double swim rings is also a thoughtful touch. Finally, I must voice my disappointment regarding the kids' activities. The male staff member in charge showed extremely poor crowd control, leading to an utterly chaotic setup. They seriously need to learn from more competent peers in the industry. For starters, the activity content itself was poorly chosen. Knowing it was a weekend and would be busy, they should have anticipated the crowd and opted for simpler, quicker, and easier-to-manage crafts – something like making a lacquer fan or a TCM sachet, which a group could finish in 5-10 minutes. Instead, they went with the most complicated activity, causing everyone to pile into the room and complain. To top it off, the early start was only announced at the last minute. To make matters worse, they completely disregarded their own rules. Many guests complained that reservations were not honored, and people without reservations were also allowed to join. Even if we overlook the multiple booking groups, the main issue was that anyone who simply ignored the rules could just grab materials and start participating immediately. So, for an activity clearly intended for children, you'd see a family of three: the little boy making two items, his mom making one, and his dad occupying a seat as well. I've been to numerous family hotels where, during off-peak dining hours, they utilize banquet halls for activities, ensuring ample seating for parents to accompany their children at the same table. In situations with limited seating, children typically sit at the activity table while parents use small stools beside them. The priority is always to allow as many children as possible to participate simultaneously, and materials are only distributed to seated kids. I've genuinely never witnessed such disorganization where materials are handed out first, leading to a scramble for seats. What I found most incomprehensible was this: since many parents were waiting, they had their children playing in an adjacent area. One parent controversially took all the toys, preventing other kids from playing, which naturally sparked a heated argument with other parents. The dispute lasted quite a while and escalated. I even had to interject, 'It's getting pretty intense; aren't you going to send someone to de-escalate?' The male staff member simply replied that he was too swamped with people today and wasn't going to get involved. I countered, 'By the time you're free, they might actually be physically fighting!' After a moment's thought, he made a call and summoned another staff member, but offered no guidance or handover. Consequently, the female staff member, completely unaware of the situation, ended up trying to placate a different guest who was complaining about the activity schedule. Meanwhile, the original two parents continued their shouting match for a while longer. 😂 Frankly, if they can't even monitor or control the situation, they are entirely unfit to manage kids' activities. These activities really turned into a major negative point.

I highly recommend the Boya Smart Hotel! It's perfectly located right by the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street night market, which is super lively in the evenings. From the train station, you can just take a Didi (ride-sharing app) directly to the alleyway by the hotel. Get off and walk a little into the alley, and you're there. I called ahead, and a staff member proactively came down to help me with my luggage, which was really thoughtful. They even upgraded my room for free! The room was very clean, and my child loved casting movies to the TV. It offers excellent value for money. When checking out, the same staff member helped me carry my suitcase downstairs. My two-night stay was fantastic. The front desk also has a lot of daily necessities, so you can contact customer service anytime if you need anything – it's very convenient. If I ever come back to Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Wudang Mountain. I found this restaurant on the street. It was very low-key and reserved. I walked in to visit and it suddenly opened my eyes. I checked out of the hotel yesterday and moved in. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was good in many ways. It’s hard to describe. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. The private chef had a wide variety of wontons, stewed noodles, dumplings, glutinous rice balls, sweet wine eggs, etc. It was very friendly to me, who is used to getting up late. I arrived at the restaurant after breakfast time and the housekeeper had already collected the food. Because I smiled and asked the housekeeper to help me, the private chef did his best to feed me. A happy day begins. The biggest surprise was meeting a very good travel companion in the hotel. When we visited Nanyan Palace, the guest named Ziyin who we met by chance explained to us the cultural origins of Nanyan Palace and its surrounding areas in a very professional manner. What a surprise. Later I learned that this guest was a frequent visitor of Ziyin and the wife of a professor at a university in Shiyan. There are no mortals on the fairy mountain, but you can meet immortals in Ziyin Hall.

GGuest UserMaybe I started to pay attention to Dongcheng's hotels from now on. This is the hotel I stayed in. I felt that the layout was very reasonable. Watching TV, working and eating are arranged separately. The hotel laundry, gym and restaurant are well-equipped and the food is not perfunctory. The best thing is that the location is very convenient, close to the pier and backed by the pedestrian street. The service is also obviously well-trained. On the night of the 24th, I was extremely tired because of the long delay. The front desk receptionist was very considerate and arranged a comfortable room for rest.

RredpandaaThis was my first time staying at the Marco Polo Hotel. The location is superb, right next to the Hankou Riverfront. We had initially booked a city view room for two nights, but the view wasn't ideal. A staff member then showed us a river view room, and we upgraded to a partial river view room, which had a fantastic view. The room was well-appointed and very quiet. The toiletries were excellent, and the first mini-bar was complimentary, offering a good selection of beverages. Upon check-out, we left our luggage with the concierge. The staff were very attentive and even gave us a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you! Executive Lounge Experience: The service at the executive lounge was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Enjoying the river view and light show from the lounge was a wonderful experience. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the glassware designs were nice, and there was a good selection of drinks. The only issue I encountered was with the executive lounge breakfast service. Unlike other hotel executive lounges where staff proactively take orders from a menu, here I consistently had to ask for the menu myself. Furthermore, the dishes often didn't match their descriptions. For instance, the teriyaki salmon was listed with hash browns but was served without them. The waffles also had inconsistencies, sometimes missing fresh banana slices or syrup. The portion sizes were also inconsistent; one time we received four pieces, and the next time only two. I hope these aspects can be improved. Another minor inconvenience was with taxis. On several occasions, drivers stopped by the roadside and couldn't reach the hotel lobby, citing the navigation system's endpoint. Unless explicitly instructed to drive further, it was a hit-or-miss whether they would go all the way to the hotel entrance, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

SSun111111Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. KkillymikeQuanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

EEthan Matthew HuntI came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.
