Filthiest hotel ever. From the rooms stairs, lift and toilets, nothing is right with this hotel. The bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. They had no more clean bedding to change them. The carpets nearly made me throw up. Spent whole night awake sitting on edge of bed as the bedding made my skin crawl and to my surprise had a little visitor mouse. Had a video but won’t upload. You might be wondering why we didn’t just go to another hotel, we couldn’t as we don’t know area and had elderly family members with us. Thank you Atiya Travels in sylhet for the worse experience of a life time.

My last visit at Dhaka on January 2022 was very safe and welcomed at Grandplaza. The best think I liked is the location in Uttara and their cleanliness and food is amazing. I recommend this hotel. This was my second visit in last 2 years. Good thing is they have on side covid testing for travel passengers.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It was safe and very warm welcomed. Staffs are helpful. Specially they have their own restaurant and they make good food though. I enjoyed with my friends.
