Diani Sea Lodge - All Inclusive

Had an amazing experience, the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming,..loved the King size bed very comfortable and the rooms were kept clean at all times, have wifi and AC to cool the rooms, the food was delicious with a variety to choose from. Very clean beach. I'd highly recommend and can't wait to be back

The staff is friendly but some need to be more respectful towards women and girls in general. The rooms are in need of renovation. There is a good variety of both veg and non veg options. The entertainment at night is not that great and the seating is minimal so that needs to be looked at.

The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Loved the garden, swimming pool and rooms which were all very serene and clean. Special appreciation to Valentine and Tom for upgrading my room and the smooth booking process. Will definitely be back!

the facility was very clean,the food was ok though i felt they could add a bit of a variety with deserts.The staff are very helpful,warm and friendly.the proximity to the beach is a plus and overal diani sea resort is a peaceful and great place to be at especially on holiday

Fresh food always.customer Care awesome. Plenty of drinks to choose from.entertaiment was lit! Not far from Diani airstrip. Love the idea of full board. Cost friendly. fit for family gathering, friends and colleagues get-together.l don't mind a second visit.

Having travelled to many hotels in diani I have to say the reception was amazing,Irene and valentine worked 24/7 to make sure my stay was memorable, the upgraded my room n keep on checking on my satisfaction, the bartrnder Suleiman was very much accommodating, he even directed us to nearby clubs where we had a very memorable time ,….. did I Mention The Gm Mr Tom super understanding since I had an issue with my room, hr took it upon himself to check our satisfaction,…… lemmi just say all this people made my stay memorable, I definitely will be back for my birthday,…… thank you to all of the diani sea lodge ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The views are magical. Excellent customer service from staff. I really did enjoy every minute of my stay. The most beautiful thing is that Diani sea lodge accommodates everyone. Need a place to relax, reflect and give positive vibes? Diani sea lodge it is!

For an average of $280 CAD a night this place is absolutely overrated and shouldn’t be posted at that price. The food variety is terrible and very poor. The towels (bathroom and beach) need an upgrade ASAP, after a shower the towels can really scratch you badly! The beach towels seems very overworn and even dirty as they are very old. The worst part is the minimum protection for the sun provided by this hotel to their guests who obviously come to the area to enjoy the beach. They have 16 or 17 beach umbrellas set in the front beach and, even if you get up extremely early (today I was out at 5:50am to get one), they were all “taken”. This really makes me think these German guests just pay for them and their spots (same every day). There are only towels at the chairs, you don’t see these senior guests until later on to come occupy their chairs under these limited umbrellas. My spouse and I travel a lot, and we have stayed at different all inclusives but definitely this one is not worth this price. If I pay an average of $280 CAD a night, I expect a certain standard and that’s not the case. Unfortunately due to another unexpected change in our trip we had to stay one more night here. Paid directly to the property via credit card and it is close to $300 CAD a night but we had to do it. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly, they are probably the best thing this hotel has. I hope ******* can do something about it and a realistic summary of the property is displayed.
