I would recommend this place any time. Friendly staffs, comfortable rooms with almost all amenities (wifi, AC, hot showers) etc. Accessible location even at night (besides the road) and very nice food. They've safe parking within the compound also, room service and restaurant downstairs. Enjoyed my time there.

I went there with my family I was very happy with the place is more like boutique hotel .The food from the conference hall was very good and delicious.winnie from the reception was very professional and willing to assist.i will definitely be coming back

While the hotel remains impressively clean – a big shout-out to the housekeeping staff! – the overall service hasn't met the high standards I experienced during my previous stay. Additionally, our first day's experience was quite disappointing. Despite ordering dinner at check-in around 6 pm, it wasn't ready until after 9 pm. We requested a call when it was ready, but there was a further delay. To top it all off, the food was unfortunately not up to par – the lamb chops were not tasty, over-roasted and cold.Generally, the services have gone down. The hotel has a pool and a kids water park which makes it friendly for families.

Great place for a Weekend break. Very Clean and organized. Convenient location , close to most spots. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice combination of Pool & Water Park. Room amenities great. All it lacks is the Beach which i am sure in the near future MD will be looking out for a location for this.. Will surely be back again.

Pride Inn Diani was a pleasant home for the week. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from the ladies at reception to the restaurant staff. Special mention to James (barman) and Joyce , they made sure my stay was pleasant and went out of their way to ensure I had a nice stay!

Thumbs up to the hotel staff, especially Joyce.She is such a good host! Will definitely recommend. The food was amazing.Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Smart environment and good music to go with my drinks lol..All in all, my stay was lovely.

PrideInn Diani Beach was our home for 8 days for our 1st trip to Kenya and I must say the hospitality received was spectacular and the staff are all just amazing. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and they made our stay very pleasant. I wish i had names of all the staff members who where there during our stay, but a special mention to the Ladies at the reception very wonderful ladies, another mention to the Barmen James he looked after us well and very friendly and last but not least a very Special mention to Joyce she is an amazing host, beautiful personality and ever smiling, thank you Joyce for looking after us during our stay in Kenya. The food was also very good enjoyed every meal we had but the Sea Food platter was our number 1 dish of all the dishes we tried on the menu. Our room was just perfect I could not fault anything and would recommend PrideInn Diani to anyone.
