Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren. Ich möchte Sie ganz herzlich Zu Ihrem besonderen Hotel gratulieren. Einen schöneren und besseren Urlaub habe ich noch nie verbracht. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auf unsere Nachfrage am langen Anreisetag wurde uns in kürzester Zeit ein sehr schönes Zimmer angeboten, 09:00 inkl. der AI Bändchen - toller Service. Das gesamte Service Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, alle Probleme wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Auch die Rezeption war außergewöhnlich serviceorientiert, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und die Getränke Auswahl sind einzigartig, ganz besonderen Dank an Patrick, der stets ein offenes Ohr für uns beide hatte, auch Thomas und alle die nicht genannten Mitarbeiter, allen gilt unser besonderen Dank für einen perfekten Urlaub. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und entspannt. Der Zimmerservice ist besonders zu loben, zweimal am Tag ist alles perfekt gemacht worden. Allzeit Obst und genügend Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Handtücher immer frisch und alles Piko Bello sauber. Der Strand ist einzigartig und man fühlt sich stets sehr sicher durch die Security. Poollandschaft mit Bar und Poolboys machen einen super guten Job. Das Ostersonntag Abendessen war der Hammer!!!!! Aber auch der afrikanische Abend war wirklich gut gelungen und durchdacht gemacht. Alles in Allem ein wirklich einzigartiger Urlaub, wir kommen im September wieder. Es ist einfach großartig im Palm Beach zu sein. Ganz herzlichen Dank und nochmals für Alles!!!!

Très bel hôtel de 60 chambres reparties en bungalows entourés de jardins très bien entretenus. L'ensemble du personnel est charmant et professionnel, la restauration très bien aussi. Les beach boys sur la plage viennent à votre rencontre dès que vous mettez un pied sur le sable mais ne sont pas très insistants. Deux points négatifs cependant - les transats sont réservés très tôt le matin et il n'y a pas du coup de la place tout le temps - hôtel annoncé et vendu comme étant Adult Only... avec des couples avec enfants, pas nombreux certes. Attention à ne pas tromper les clients comme nous qui faisons le choix de payer plus cher pour ne pas nous retrouver dans un hôtel familial, avec cris dans la piscine...

Room service very aggressively kept opening my door with the handle, banging on the door and screaming room service even when i said i didn’t want to be disturbed. They came again 1 and half hours later and behaved the same way. They also assumed I don’t know Swahili and said to the other staff member infront of me that “Ana ni Sinya” (She is angering/irritating me). Thieves came into the hotel which is very unsafe. The manager called mentioning I need to leave the room. I then left the room at 4:30pm and when i returned at 11:20pm nothing in my room was cleaned and was left untouched.

Beautiful resort with nice size rooms. Very nice pool area for kids to play and has beach access right from the resort. Lots of activities by the beach, as jet skiing, glass boat rides, snorkeling and much more. Breakfast is available every morning and they do have good options for breakfast for everyone.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit herausragendem Personal. Das Essen ist perfekt, ist international mit einer kleineren indischen Ecke. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, im Swahili Stil und die Minibar ist inklusve. Die beiden Nachbarhotels Neptune Village und Neptune Paradise kann man mitbenutzen. Das Hotel liegt an einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte an der Südküstre. Das Hotel hat 3 Spezialitäten Restaurants. 1 indisches Restaurant, 1 italienisches Restaurant und 1 Fischrestaurant. Die Bars bieten eine Menge an internationalen Cocktails. Aber wie schon erwähnt, das gute und freundliche Personal machte diesen Urlaub perfekt. Ich will nur ein paar Namen erwähnen. Stanley, Teresia, Philip, Patrick, Pius, Rachel, Brian, Riziki, Joseph, Hezbon und viele viele mehr. 😍😍🏝🏝🇰🇪🇰🇪🌴🌴🏖🏖

Neptune palm beach hotel.. heel mooie ligging en een super mooi hotel. Eten lekker , kamers proper en zeer lieve mensen. Stanley en Theresia , top mensen in de bar .. heel lieve verzorgde en vriendelijke mensen in het restaurant waarvan Grace , Rachel en Patrick de supervisors zijn . Wij vertrekken morgen dus 15 februari opnieuw naar mijn t****e thuis in Kenia .Ondertussen is het voor de 29 ste keer .. dus meer hoef ik er niet over te vertellen!! Echt onze t****e thuis !!! The variety of African, western, Indian food was phenomenal. They thought of everyone and all kinds of clientele. The friendly staff everywhere we looked, was absolutely incredible. Always a smiling face and always friendly. The special events nights, and the local music as well as other music, so that one can dance under the stars was really special. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

Jambo !!! od progu -acuna matata ! Spędziłam tu z córką tylko 3 dni-3 dni jak w raju. Wygodne domki, świetny serwis, rajska plaża, ultraczysty basen. Rewelacyjna restauracja i bar z dyskretną obsługą. Błoga cisza,cudowny klimat.Jak pragniesz animacji idziesz do Neptun Village obok. Polecam wycieczkę łódką ze szklanym dnem . Te chwile będę przywoływać przez wiele lat zamykając oczy przed snem aby się wyciszyć. Warte każdej wydanej złotówki ,dolara czy szylinga.
