Top-notch! Very friendly staff, especially the catering area, varied and good buffet, large swimming pools, very clean. The only downside is not being able to swim in the ocean without being harassed by beach boys, but the swimming pools are so nice that you quickly forget this negative side which is in no way the hotel's fault. Go there with your eyes closed, it's a real little corner of paradise

We were very happy with the hotel. The complex is very well maintained. The room was nicely furnished. WiFi and a safe were free. The food was varied and delicious. All of the staff, whether in the restaurant, in the complex, the cleaning staff, etc., were always friendly and courteous. You were always greeted with a Jambo and a smile. The toilets were also cleaned regularly. There were a lot of monkeys in the complex. But they didn't bother us. On the contrary, where do you find something like that? If you want to go on a safari, you should book with Jt Safaris, which is diagonally opposite the hotel. We had a very good experience there.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel with a very pretty, well-kept garden with a view and direct access to the beach. All the staff are smiling and attentive. Access to the other 2 hotels is good but honestly this one is the best especially for meals! There is the possibility of eating in an Italian restaurant in the all-inclusive package but it's not worth it: the food at Neptune Palm Beach is much better! On the beach, many merchants and others constantly approach you. Some can help you discover starfish, sea urchins, etc.

The complex consists of 2 hotels in the Neptun Group (Paradise and Village), which practically merge into one another. Both can be used by all guests without restrictions. Our room was comfortable and furnished in a local style. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. There was always a friendly Jambo! and a smile. A problem with our safe was resolved within a few minutes. The food was consistently very good. Despite being at full capacity, there were no queues at the buffet or waiting times because all the tables were occupied. In our experience, this was completely untypical for an all-inclusive offer. There are enough sun loungers. Because of the many palm trees, everyone can find a spot in the shade. On the subject of beach boys: Yes, they are there and sometimes there are a lot of them. That is simply their only way of earning an income. Whether someone wants to buy or book something there is something everyone has to decide for themselves. We had consistently positive encounters and learned and laughed a lot. Anyone who wants privacy and communicates this openly will get a "Jambo" or a wave from a distance. By the way, many of them also speak extremely good German. Before we arrived, we had already booked a 2-day private safari through Tsavo East on the recommendation of Julius from JT Safari (100 m diagonally opposite the hotel). After we contacted him by email, we had an extremely competent exchange in which our wishes were 100% met. After arriving at the hotel, we met in person at Julius' office on the second day to discuss the exact procedure. At Julius' express request, we only paid a deposit. During the safari, we were not treated to mass processing in fully occupied SUVs, as we would have been when booking through a travel agency or on site with the tour operator. On top of that, compared to other vehicles we had seen, we had a modern, very well-maintained SUV with a German-speaking driver. The lodge we chose was exactly as advertised. In terms of price, we got an absolutely fair rate compared to the other offers. The remaining payment was made after a short debriefing the day after we returned to the hotel. Julius is very concerned about the satisfaction of his customers and therefore asks for honest feedback. We were (and still are) more than impressed by the way the trip was handled and of course by the impressions we experienced. We communicated this. That is why we have high praise for it and would definitely recommend it! All in all, the holiday was pure relaxation.

Nice hotel, very nice environment, TOP food, every day there was something new and tasty, very kind waiters. Perfect daily cleaning. Very friendly staff starting from the manager and ending with the gardener. One flaw was that the bar was always missing something between beer, tonic water and ice. To get them, the bartenders pretended to run to another bar waiting for tips, but instead all the stuff was in the fridge... when they bought something outside of All Inclusive, the rest was never returned, peace of mind.

Very beautiful complex but far from Mombasa (two hours of driving with the ferry crossing) Quiet hotel, the entertainment takes place on the neighboring site where we have access: yoga classes, water gym, pétanque....In the Neptune Village. Very beautiful and good buffet. Good local cocktails in the all inclusive Very pleasant room, watch out for the monkeys on the balconies and don't leave the door open: they come in and look for food!
