long story. It suddenly rained heavily on the last night, and the whole room was covered with rainwater. All the things we put on the floor got wet, and the hair dryer was soaked in water within 1 centimeter.
Then what did the hotel do? There are no measures except the innocuous sentence “I’m so sorry to hear that”. At our request, we were offered a 10% discount on in-store purchases????
To be honest, it would be better not to give this compensation at all. It’s just a few tens of yuan cheaper and still treated as a charity.
Needless to say, the hotel environment is very beautiful, but the experience on the last night was really terrible. I will not choose it again.

The hotel is beautiful, it should be a Swahili style hotel, although I don't know what style Swahili is🤭. There are several restaurants and small shops in the hotel. There is also a spa, the environment, the scenery, and the food are all good. Recommended. . There is Carrefour opposite the hotel door, which is very convenient. The property infrastructure wise is too good.Hospitality from the staff is good but lack of day to day amenities like adapter not available,dental kits not available,no conditioner available. The pool floor has slime settled on it, although it was being cleaned regularly. Adapters across the world are available on credit from the hotel. They make us buy from the souvenir shop. Mosquito repellent is missing in the room.minbar is empty. Not the most satisfying experience at the hotel.

are frequent international travellers. We are staying here for 2 nights with kids in a family room full board... it is so strange to know in this resort.. We asked for a convertor to charge our devices.. They said it's not available and we have to buy it!!! Really!!! Ultimatemy we bought it... Then in the night kids were thirsty.. We called for water.. The guy at the reception told.. Ur allowed only 6 bottles of water in day...so ull have to get it billed in the bar... It's really sad and shocking to have such a pathetic mentality of the management.. of such a beautiful five star property!!!!
