The receptionist, I believe her name was Tricia, is very communicative, warm, and inviting. Their service was excellent, we had a great time there, and I would definitely recommend it and return.

The environment is beautiful and serene. The staff were really hospitable and friendly. Triciah and Ben were really helpful. It's close to the beach and other social amenities.We were allowed to check out later at no extra cost. It is very ideal for families, a group of friends,solo travellers, colleagues, you name it. It is one the best places I have been so far. Did I mention about cleanliness? Cleaning is done on a daily basis.

You need a home away from home..this is your ideal place--from the reception to your comfort & security you are catered for...the staff are welcoming and friendly..the serenity and ambiance is just super

Staff are very friendly , warm and helpful. The villas are very clean . Kitchen is well equipped. Swimming pool is clean and good size. one can easily access the beach via tuk tuk or driving . They need to get enough bathroom floor rugs. Too much noise coming from other visitors in the pool or other villas playing music late at night.

We loved the reception, very friendly personnel. Spacious rooms with good A.c. clean pool that actually accommodated my kids. We loved the baby pool. Good proximity to amenities and the beach. Roof ambience is just another thing I loved. Privacy....it was just awesome. Will recommend anyone and will definitely book again.

I recently visited Pendo Villas with my Family and the experience was excellent. From the reception,check Inn and daily services. The property is very clean, the pool is sparkling and the management is very impressive. I recommend Pendo Villas while in Diani .

One of the best places I have been. Friendly hosts and good customer service. Jane,Ben and the team keep up the good work. Definitely worth every penny spend. The cleaners were amazing and very supportive
