Do not book through ********** whatever you do and do not stay here! I made a booking for a hostel in Kenya and upon arrival the hostel (Diani Hostel Ukunda) told me very in an unpleasant way that they had no affiliation with ********** and was fully booked, which left me completely stranded. I tried to get a refund over 2 months from **********, and contacted them 8 times. Each time they reassured they would process the refund and get back to me, but they never did and I never got my money back..

Disgusting. One of the worse places that I have never been. Too dirty everything, when I enter in the room I saw more than 5 cockroaches, the workers not nice, not professional, I don't recommend nobody. Horrible experience.
