Appalling service, overpriced rooms, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
*No breakfast provided despite promises
*Rude, unprofessional manager

Our birthday celebration was ruined by their incompetence AND gave us bad memories regarding the hotel booked at high rates

I have checked in on 19 th january 2024 and checked out on 22nd january. My stay was good starting from accommodation, food and staff.

Very worst experience. Chapatis served was wet. Soup tasted like water. Seafood is the worst. During checkout, they took half an hour to prepare the bill because of which I was late for my meeting. While cleaning, they provided me 1 hand towel instead of 2 on the last night of my stay so I asked them one more in the morning which they provided and charged/ blamed me for that stating that I have picked one. This is not acceptable by such a reputed hotel.
In addition to above there was frequent power cuts which made me difficult to work in such a place. Wifi speed was also slow.
This was my first visit to this hotel which will also be my last.

Location, food is good. The property could not provide heating services in the rooms either central heating or individual room heater in the winter season.

It was my second stay and glad to say that the services still remains the same. Also special thanks to the reception staff for helping me arrange a small surprise birthday party. Would be forever grateful. Thanks and do keep waiting for my next stay again.
