The bungalow we stayed in was right on the river which was great, and the location isn't far from various destinations, and the staff on duty at check in / out were lovely, but aside from this, there were no other positives to our stay which we cut short.
The bathroom was very dated with cracked tiles and the toilet kept making noises even when not being used.
Our first night was absolutely horrible with people in the neighbouring bungalows partying until 3.30am.
The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be replaced, and something bit us during the night. We couldn't sleep and this was the reason we cut our stay short. It was our first getaway in many years and it was a huge disappoin**ent. I did let the accommodation know why we left a day early and they got in touch saying they would not offer a refund for the night we didn't stay but they would look into the points I raised with them regarding the bed..

The traffic on the main road was noisey. The taps in the bathroom needed washers and leaked when off. Staff were happy to address this when pointed out on departure. Even though I paid before occupying, the wrong surname was on my key, and if a person wasn't there already talking to a staff person to clarify which key was ours I'm not sure who I would contact as there were no staff. Very poor.

The location of the accommodation was great, right on the water and everything was easy to get to from here.
The complex itself is a bit old but very clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy. You could hear everything from the other houses.
The location is actually very quiet, far from traffic noise, but unfortunately there is a construction site directly opposite, so we always had construction noise except for the weekend. Then there was the fact that there was a boat ramp right there where the boats were launched early in the morning (from around 6:00 a.m.) with the corresponding noise from the cars. And we were unlucky that two youth groups were there at the same time as us. They were constantly running back and forth across the grounds with loud music at all times. So unfortunately we didn't have any peace and quiet. It's a real shame, because the whole complex is really very beautiful.

Good place to stay but the only issue I would have is there was no iron in the unit. I realize it would be in the laundry but getting home late from work, it is the last thing I would want to go searching for.

Convenient hub for family holofay however nothing to do within the grounds. Condition of cabins not as per photos. Run down. Dusty. Ladies in office are lovely and beds comfy and clean.

Great place to stay so close to the Airport with Bonza flights. Only thing the air conditioner attached to the side of cabin vibrating while sleeping.

This was a very convenient place to stay. Although a little dated the cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and fishing from our front garden area was good fun. We will stay here again when we visit.
