While between homes in March 2021, I stayed in one of the recently created extended stay suites for two weeks and it was a great experience! The staff were all very friendly and helpful (I needed a large area to work from so they immediately brought me an extra table), the suite was very clean and nicely decorated with paintings from local artists, and there was plenty of room for all the extra bags and suitcases I brought. The suite consisted of a large bedroom with a full bath, living room with kitchenette (spacious counter with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and hot plates), and an additional half bath. Lots of closet space in the bedroom and a closet next to the entrance for coats. The gym and indoor were open and very clean (with a limited number of guests due to Covid-19), the vending machines were well-stocked, the washer & dryer in good working order, and the receptionists were available for some printing and copying I needed. Parking was always available, the wifi worked well, and the two televisions seemed brand-new. The hotel's location is another asset: within minutes from downtown, next to the mall, grocery stores, and the Riverfront walking trail. I definitely recommend you check it out for your next stay in the Greater Moncton Area!

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I also appreciate that there was a hot lunch and that we could serve ourselves. I know that Covid is everywhere but you don't stop living for it. I like this hotel and I'll surely go back there if it's possible to have it at an affordable price. We came to watch the hockey game so the hotel being right across the street from the arena was a big selling feature. There is a $12/day parking fee but you can come and go so it’s not too bad. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The room was bright and clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The guide on the TV didn’t work so it made something to watch difficult but not a deal breaker. Pool and hot tub were nice but I wish the hot tub was a little hotter than it was. Check-out was speedy and the desk agent very friendly. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

everything about the hotel was good except NO SERVICE including no making up room. The manager on duty on July18 at 530 pm greeted me with attitude saying IT IS WHAT IT IS My complaint is that we were not told in advance and at $ 300 a night I want my room to be cleaned and the bed made or given a reduction in price .We will not stay at this site again

This was an extremely disappointing experience - for the amount of money that we paid, we did not receive much at all. The parking lot was littered with crushed beer cans, broken bottles and garbage. The door to our room did not close properly and it had a gap in the bottom. This allowed countless bugs to be allowed into the room. There were bugs on the floor, walls and on the beds. There were lightbulbs missing above the sink and one was burnt out. There were exposed wall outlets around the room and old unusable plugs where things used to be plugged in. The TV did not work and kept freezing up….maybe because the cable box was hanging precariously on top of the tv from its own wires. The shower curtain was covered in red mildew and black mold. The curtains on the wall were falling off and were ripped. The breakfast that was included had minimal options - all of which were stale, including the bread and cereal. The juice refrigeration unit was broken making all the juice warm and both the apple and orange juices’ colour was off. We went to check out the pool because that was one of the reasons why we chose this place. When we got there it was dirty and smelled bad. The life saving equipment on the wall was all missing. We could not go swimming and enjoy ourselves as it was not hygienic at all. When we tried to check out the front desk attendant was not there. The lady in front of us went to the breakfast room and he was in there eating his food and wearing headphones. He was not caring that people wanted to check out. Overall this hotel was horrible and a huge waste of our money. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. We will never stay here again.

The first time I lived in Hyatt, I was very impressed, very clean, the staff was professional and enthusiastic, and hot water, coffee and tea were supplied 24 hours a day, which solved the big problem of hot water, and there was Starbucks downstairs. Personal preference reasons, I don't like to roll the quilt with a layer of sheets, but most hotels abroad are like this
