Hotel Coral Digha

My recent stay at Hotel Coral provided a comfortable experience overall, but there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. The ambiance and accommodations were pleasing, offering a welcoming a**osphere. However, the food service left much to be desired, as it struggled to meet customer de***ds effectively. Additionally, technical issues with certain amenities, such as malfunctioning air conditioners in some rooms, detracted from the otherwise positive experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's potential shines through, and with some improvements in service and maintenance, it could truly excel.

Extremely bad and horrible hotel, disgusting,very rude behaviour of mondal ***ager,rooms were dirty with bugs in bed,outside food noy allowed,we couldn't order anything after 10:30pm and we felt hungry and wanted to eat from outside because kitchen was closed they refused also at the time of check out they kept irritating us to check out guest is there and all,food also smelled bad, extremely horrible stay

Very upsetting too bad service, not available 24/7 even after booking. No one there in the reception for the billing in the night time for the entry of the guests. Rooms are not at all hygienic too smelly & the acs are not working properly and after all these things behavior of the staffs are not at all good to us. Will never visit this place again ever

The room is not properly cleaned. The service is not satisfactory. I booked and expected better service. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and the air conditioning is really inadequate. This chamber appears to be quite old. Food prices are exorbitant, and quality is quite low. Ordered mutton for rs. 400, received little 4 pcs mutton, and the taste was horribly poor. The swimming pool water is not clean. Not adequately maintaining the pool. Anyone can enter the pool in any dress (there are no restrictions on cotton cloth.

AC was not working, electricity was off . Room is not as per rent . Food is also not good . taking money from people😡. Irritating

I regret to say that my recent stay at The Coral Hotel from March 19th to March 20th was an absolute nigh**are. I had booked this hotel based on the amenities and had high expectations, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. This experience was not only mentally traumatic but also physically threatening, as the hotel staff's behavior was aggressive and intimidating. It is absolutely unacceptable for a guest to be treated in such a ***ner, and I am deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of future guests at this establishment. In addition to these serious security and customer service issues, I found several discrepancies between the amenities advertised by the hotel and the actual services provided. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and outright hostile behavior of the staff have left me feeling utterly disgusted. Overall, my stay at The Coral Hotel was a horrifying ordeal marked by poor security, unprofessional and hostile staff, unfair charges, and blatant harassment. I strongly urge anyone considering booking a stay at this hotel to reconsider,
