Отличный апарт-отель. В номере есть все необходимое - кружки, посуда для приготовления, капельная кофеварка. В санузле есть полотенцесушитель, в номере очень тепло, постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Завтрак хороший - выпечка, омлет, сыры, колбасы. Месторождение у отеля хорошее, минут 10 до центра, есть подземная парковка за доп плату.

I stayed in this hotel for one night whilst visiting Dijon. The rooms and furnishings were of good quality - the only issue was that the room lacked a kettle. It had coffee maker, but this is not the same and it had built up coffee stains from use. Aside from that, no notable issues, and would certainly recommend. Convenient location for Dijon.

This hotel was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The bathroom was a good size. The kitchenette had everything. They used an "eco mode" that kept the a/c at a higher temp and you had to put in your key card to operate the lights. Great ideas. We didn't take the breakfast, but we ate our take out dinner on the breakfast patio one night and it was comfortable and decorated with lots of fun colors. The staff were all friendly. The lobby is 24h and there were snacks and things to buy if you wanted. There was also a laundry on site! Perfect! And there was a clothes line in the shower so we hung up some clothes to dry there. We arrived by train and took the tram to the place de la République stop. Very easy walk to the hotel from there. Then there is a free bus that can take you to the city center, but it is just as easy to walk it. Over all I wish we stayed longer because it was so comfortable. I will definitely recommend and stay again if I'm in Dijon!

The room was spacious, quiet, and close to all we wanted to see on foot. Typically the staff at the front desk did not even look up to acknowledge us. Check-in and check-out were different employees; neither smiled or welcomed us. The floors were not clean, and the room needed some paint and repair. The price was reasonable, but the ranking on Trip Advisor is deceiving.

The main thing we didn't like during our stay was the small beds. The beds themselves were pretty small and rather hard, making our sleep not as comfortable as it could have been. We recommend getting wider and bigger beds and removing one bedstand to make space for that.

Front desk staff - especially Celine and Fadoua - were very helpful and caring. The location is an easy walk to the old town and historic sites. Room was spacious and airy and had everything we needed.

Thé actual hôtel does not match its photos/advertising. Rude customer service at thé front desk and non responsive through ***********, rooms like à hospital with à toxic chemical smell. Immédiate neighborhood is run down, possibly unsafe? I switched to Mercure Clemenceau to salvage my stay and am glad I did - comfortable and stylish, attentive staff, safe, welcoming, professional with high standards. Most of all Mercure staff was exceptionally courteous to its customers, including foreigners.

This is a good hotel if you travel with your family. Friendly staff, breakfast has all the basic things you need, and the hotel is just a few mn away walking from the main city centre. It also has a secured underground parking. The room itself is in good condition with a separate bedroom and a bed in the living room. The good thing is that the bed is a real one with another bed slid under it, and not a folding sofa bed. So more comfortable and provides two real marrasses. It has a basic kitchen, nothing ground breaking but has all you need

The hotel is 20-minutes from the station and the center, in a quiet and well served area. Staff is kind and friendly, even with my toddler! Rooms are kinda basic but well equipped with kitchenette. They were not cleaned during our stay though. Good buffet breakfast, nice common area with baby toys available. I would highly recommend it for a family stay
