Gelecek yaz için erken rezervasyon yaparken, bu sene gittiğim ve pişman olduğum otele yorum yapayım da başkaları benim gibi madur olmasın istedim. 2 arkadaş 4 gün kafa dinlemek istedik ancak beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Resepsiyona çok olumsuz yorum yazdıklarını gördüm. Bence az bile yazmışlar. Yemek çeşidi, yemek lezzeti ve yemek sunuş şeklinde çok sıkıntı var. Sistem sıfır puan vermemizi engellediği için "sıfır" veremiyorum.

Otelin reklamını gerçekten farklı olarak çok güzel yapmışlar. Afişler resimler, ajentalarda çok iyi demişler. Gerçekle alakası bile yok. 4 yıldız gözüküyor ama resepsiyon ve temizlik 1 yıldız. Ayrıca şunu da yazmadan yapamayacağım: Resepsiyondaki Gözde isimli bir bayan var. Bize çok yanlış yaptı ve hatalı davrandı. Paranızı sokağa atmak isterseniz, gidin bu pansiyona (farkındaysanız otel demiyorum!)

Resepsiyondaki Gözde Hanım ile bir türlü sağlıklı iletişim kuramadık. İletişime kapalı. Çocuklu aileler için bir otel değil. Sebeplerleri ise saymakla bitmez. Yiyecekler ve içecekler kötü. Ayrıca otelin hijnen problemi var. Daha ilk girişte anlıyorsunuz. Sözün kısası arkadaş çevreme önermiyorum.

2 erkek beraber gittik. Eğlence ve yemek konusunda zayıflar. Sosyallik ve hizmet yok. Otopark sorunu yaşadık. En önemlisi otel çok pis. Zaten zar zor senede bir kere tatile çıkıyoruz. Keşke yorumları okuyup gelmeseydim. Memnun kalmadık.

Sakın olumlu yorumlara inanmayın. Bunları yönetim resepsiyona yazdırıyor! Otelde her türlü böcek türü cirit atıyor. Otele girdiğinizde bakımsız olduğunuzu anlıyorsunuz ama bu kadarını da beklemiyordum. Böcek, çekirge, sinek, kırkayak, sümüklü böcek ... her yerdeler. Tuvaletlerde ve odalarda cirit atıyorlar!

Arkadaş gurubumla 3 kişi gittik. Otel yorumlarda bahsedildiği gibi vasat. Yemek ve içecek çeşitliliği yok. Ayrıca hakikaten çok pis. Zaten misafirlerde memnun kalmadı. Herkes şikayetçi oldu. Kimseye önermiyorum. Paramızla rezil olduk!

Gidebilceğiniz en kötü yer! Bir kere şunu yazayım, resepsiyon, yorumlardaki gibi hakikaten çok kötü. Sürekli müşteriyie fazladan hesap çıkarıp, müşteriden hangi konuda daha fazla tırtıklasam diye diye düşünüyorlar. Ayrıca havuzun bulanıklığından ve tuvaletlerdeki kokudan otelin ne derece pislik içinde olduğunu anlıyorsunuz.

ASLA! Keşke 0 puan verebilsek ama 0 puan vermemizi sistem engelliyor. Resepsiyonda "Gözde" isimli bir bayan var. Hakikaten kendisinin iletişimi çok bozuk. Kimseyle ilgilenmiyor, tavırları hoş değil ve müşteriden ne koparsa diye düşünüyor. Arkadaş grubumuzu sinir etti.

Otel tamamen paragöz. Hizmet yerine, paraya bakıyor. Müşteriyi nasıl kazıklasam diye bakıyor. Oteldeki pisliği görüp rezervasyonunuzu iptal etmek istediğinizde tüm paranıza el koyuyorlar. Misafirler bu durumdan çok şikayetçiler. GELMEYİN!!!
