Timor Plaza Hotel & Apartments

Outstanding staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room has some noise from the road but stops in the evening. Everyone spoke English well and I got to use a fair bit of Bahasa Indonesian as well. Airport pick ups and drops offs worked well.

This was a great spot for a business stay. The staff were so amazing, they greeted us by name and felt like friends by the end. Food also fab! Happy hour at the SkyBar great too.

Excellent experience, both this time and the last one in September. The staff are the friendliest. Would come back to Timor Plaza Hotel the next time I am back in Dili.

Recently stayed there during an international conference and the premise was completely booked out. Was blown away by the high level of standard and service. Timor Plaza really know how to make their clientele feel special and like they are their absolute no.1 priority. Staff were all smiles and attentive - no sign of stress to be detected. Had a delicious dinner with my son and friends. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly medium rare. Breakfast options were sublime, amazing array of choice and prepared freshly for you while you watched. Used room service and requested iron board - all delivered within no time. The only minor things I would like to remark is our wonderful room had no windows and the wine list could possibly do with a little overhaul. Enjoyed my stay with my son. Would have loved to spend more than the one night. There's always next time :)

I highly recommend this place. I will stay here again when I visit Timor Leste next time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and spacious - bed was very comfortable. The Panorama Restaurant is perfect venue for meetings.

Truly wonderful stay at this great hotel. Room was huge with extremely comfortable bed. Lovely decor. Great location in close proximity to shopping, massages, etc. Staff are excellent- so friendly and extremely helpful. The food was superb. A truly memorable stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The food at Panorama restaurant and sky bar was pretty nice. It is one of the best in Timor Leste. There’s always special dinner and lunch items on the menu. We had Tori Ramen tonight. There was a special lamb dish last week. These specials are tasty and affordable at $10 to $12.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is quite solid (especially the noodles at breakfast), but the real standout are the wonderful staff. Everyone is warm and wonderful and made my time in Timor-Leste enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently situated over a mall and near to a movie theater, spas and salons, and a market.
