Hotel a gestione familiare, con camere spaziose dal gusto retrò. La sensazione è di essere in una bella casa di altri tempi, con una sala piena di quadri, libri e ricordi e un bel giardino con patio. Abbiamo anche cenato per due volte, piatti semplici ma gradevoli. Un ringraziamento a Hayk per il servizio e l assistenza firnita per una gomma sgonfia della nostra auto

I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

Excellent, supportive communication before and throughout our visit made everything very straightforward, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. The rough track to the hotel is easily bypassed by going a slightly longer route that all taxi drivers know. We were given an extremely comfortable room, with lots of space and the amazing view that everybody mentions. So fortunate to have beautiful weather we had all meals out on the balcony - everything was delicious and plentiful. There are many walks from this area and plenty of places to visit by taxis which are well-priced. Thank you for giving us a wonderful escape-hole from work!

We booked Casanova Inn to enjoy the scenic beauty of Dilijan and we were extremely happy with the decision. The place is close to the city centre, has lovely views of the mountain, great food that is cooked freshly to your taste and wonderful hospitality right through. Wahan, the manager was at the entrance to welcome us and took care of all our needs. We did a full board which we usually don't as we love to explore different places but we were not disappointed as Wahan would check everyday on what we would like to eat and have it served hot and delicious. Hike would serve fresh spread of sumptuous breakfast at every table each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the boutique hotel to anyone planning a stay in Dilijan. Wahan even went out of his way to get firewood late in the night and have the fireplace in the dining room working when a couple of guests requested. We all had a lovely cosy chat around the room sipping herb tea or hot chocolate. Thank you Wahan and team for your attentive care.

Очень хороший отель с интересными местами и с красивым видом. Очень хороший работник - Айк, очень помогал во всём и был очень дружелюбен к нам с семьёй. Мы решили приготовить шашлык с семьёй наших друзей и провели очень приятный и атмосферный вечер. Хорошее место, оно того реально стоит и можно провести хорошее время с семьёй и друзьями.

I loved this hotel. Staff is great and hospitable. Breakfast was one of the best in Armenia. Freshly made donuts were great. Keep up the good work. I am recommending this hotel. Maybe location just could be better but there are taxis.

Отель хорошо расположен - высоко, с балконов и террас панорамные виды на горы, в то время как ниже, вдоль реки в ресторанах бывала мошкара и виды на горы у подножья. В 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля начинается уже зеленая зона: горные поля, дальше - лес. В городе работает яндекс такси, что полностью сняло вопрос перемещений по окресностям и центру, за поездку из отеля до центра города в среднем платили 500 драм, это примерно $1. Персонал внимательный. Очень щедрые завтраки. Если даже не повезет с погодой, отель и его территория обустроены таким образом, что можно и не вылезать из отеля - каждый уголок оформлен, много зелени. Вкусный ресторан, мы сначала ездили поесть в городские ресторанчики, позже перешли на питание в отеле. Своя атмосфера, спокойная, уютная, располагает к пассивному отдыху, восстановлению.

Very cozy and nice! The staff was very hospitable and kind hearted. The breakfast was delicious and home-like. Had a nice view, fresh air. The owners were kind and always ready to make our stay more comfortable.

Plus: very good small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice room with garden view and a small balcony. the garden is well maintained. excellent breakfast. Flop: a dismal, post-soviet surroundings (unfortunately the hotel staff can't have any influence on that), the shortes way to the city center is in a very poor condition, even for a 4WD
