"We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The TV was great as well. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience."

"The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden. Our room, for four people, had space for a table with four chairs, a refrigerator, a kettle, and basic kitchenware. Amenities were provided in the bathroom. The owner, who speaks English, is charming and helpful with anything you need. I would recommend it to my friends."

"The surrounding nature is truly beautiful, but the hotel itself left us very disappointed. The entire facility is old and poorly maintained: • Many bathroom fixtures didn’t work – some taps didn’t provide water at all. • Water from the second floor started leaking into the lower level. • Part of the flooring was literally held together with duct tape, which felt both unsafe and unprofessional. Around 10:10 PM, water started leaking from the ceiling downstairs. I called the reception to report it. The staff member said they were not aware of any current issues, even though the ceiling had clear water damage marks, suggesting this had happened before. When I asked for someone to come and clean the mess, the receptionist told me there were no staff members available at that hour and that nothing could be done. While the location is lovely, I wouldn’t recommend staying in a place where clear issues are met with no support or resolution."

"It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate."

"We stayed two nights at this hotel. Got a fairly big room high facing toward the road and the pool. The room was comfortable, with good shower, coffee maker etc. The AC was a bit slow. It would have been nice to enjoy the fresh air by keeping the balcony door open but the rather persistent and very loud noise from the main road made this impossible. The big hit and surprise was the impressive breakfast buffet. The dinner was also good. Staff were friendly and attentive, but it would have been useful if the front desk staff knew more about the region and could advice on hikes etc."
