I stayed here for one night as part of an Intrepid trip to Caucasus - I wish it could have been longer as I had a really peaceful night, the room was huge, and I was able to sit out on my balcony with my coffee in the morning, looking at the view. We spent very little time there as we arrived at 7pm and and left at 9am, but I'd definitely recommend. I really wish we'd had more time in Dilijan to explore the time and look around in the mountains.

We’ve stayed here just one night. To be honest my expectations were pretty high(as I’m familiar with this hotel chain), however, the reality is different. The bathroom is outdated+ plus we had a problem with the hot water ( to be honest I’ve mentioned this in the reception and they’ve provided a discount). The location is very nice and cozy.

We visited the streets of Old Dilijan complex. We did not stay there but walked around the living of an earlier time. The intricately carved balconies so typical of 19th century Dilijan display the regions historical love for fine woodwork. We walked on the cobble stone alley ways where you can see the wood carving workshops too. That’s Tufenkian Old Dilijan Complex the beautiful old structured city in Armenia ... .

We went there for dinner, the outdoor scene was very interesting with dilijan color. however, I think it's time to update the restaurant's menu, improve the service quality and skill of the waiters, and the quality of the food, because the restaurant is not very cheap.

One of my favorite hotels in Armenia, located on Sharambeyan street in Old Town of Dilijan, it has very unique atmosphere and spirit. There is a feeling you are in the movie with a morning coffee on the wooden balcony with a nice view to the mountains. Haykanush restaurant in the hotel is sooo good. Beetroot salad with tahini is a Must.

Были с коллегами на одну ночь, провели выездное совещание, в верхнем зале над рестораном есть просторный банкетный зал. Там нам поставили столы для дневного совещания, а вечером там же накрыли ужин. Очень приятно, что в отдельном помещении. Еда вкусная, особенно понравилась тома. Ресторан хвалит свои стью, это такое тушёные блюдо между супом и вторым, с мясом очень наваоистое и сытное. Пирожки с яблоками, на самом деле напоминают штрудель. Но безумно вкусные и нежные. Про номера отдельно хочется сказать, что отель не 5 звёзд, да и ожидать подобного от отеля в старом центре города не стоит, но он уютный, аутентичный, и просто потрясающе, что есть такие места.

Can’t go wrong with a Tufenkian hotel. The location is excellent if you want to experience the feel of Old Dilijan. Comfortable beds, a spacious shower and proper AC system - two essentials when staying at a hotel. The breakfast was very good as well and the staff was super nice. The hotel also has several cats that are hard to resist :)

The hotel looked quite nice from the outside but the room was very small, the bad as well, definitely not fit for 2 persons. We could hear how someone snored in the next room. The breakfast was very poor and strange. It included some dishes which are for sure not possible to eat in the morning. It was fine but not fit to pay more than 70$ per night. Thus I for sure will not go there for the second time.

Отдыхали с 22 по 25 июня 2022 года семьей из трех человек. Впечатления об отеле остались самые приятные. Во-первых, очень атмосферно, отель из тех, к которым привозят экскурсии, чтобы пофотографироваться, а вы тут живете и можете любоваться бесконечно. Во-вторых, чудесный персонал. Девушка на ресепшн (имени не запомнила, с темными вьющимися волосами) - это самый любезный и доброжелательный администратор, которых я встречала. Учла все наши пожелания, искренне пыталась помочь во всех вопросах. Большой ей привет и спасибо. В-третьих, интересный номерной фонд. Мы посмотрели несколько, пожили в двух. Номера, двери которых выходят прямо на улицу, а фактически располагаются на втором этаже отеля, выше всяких похвал. Комфортно, продуманно, просто, но очень удобно. Вид с балкона вообще невероятный. А вот в больших номерах в старом корпусе №1 и 2 селиться не советую. У нас там возникли небольшие неприятности, но всё было решено в нашу пользу быстро и с комплиментом от отеля, так что никаких претензий. В-четвертых, завтраки очень достойные. В первый день был выбор по меню, со второго дня шведский стол. Видимо это зависит от загрузки отеля, очень разумно. Мы никогда не возвращаемся в отели второй раз, это первый отель в который я обязательно вернусь, если судьба еще раз занесет в Дилижан. Сам Дилижан тоже очень понравился. Природа, пешеходные туристические маршруты, очень достойные рестораны - всё запало в душу.
