Wonderful territory, practically a park, many places to relax - terraces, hammocks, tables, although located on the main street, it is quite high, clean mountain air, it’s amazing to breathe! I didn’t want to leave anywhere) The rooms on the 1st floor are more interesting than those on the 2nd, but this is reflected in the prices. Clean, tidy, has everything you need: air conditioning, hair dryer, disposable robe and slippers. Restaurant, you can not only have breakfast, but lunch and dinner. As I understand, people come to the restaurant specially, and locals also come in, so it’s better to book a table a little in advance. Has its own parking. The staff is friendly and attentive. I recommend to everyone!

I must say that the hotel is very creative. This is a very rural inn. Armenian Provence. The hotel is located in several rustic-looking houses with wooden terraces, balconies and wooden decor. In one house, the very first one, there is a cafe and, probably, the administration. By the way, at the cafe we ​​had khashlama for lunch. They prepare it roughly like this. Layers of meat (we used beef) and vegetables are placed in a cauldron-type vessel. Season and add water as needed and simmer over low heat for at least two hours. We had a fairly simplified recipe for khashlama: sweet peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and beef. Lots more purple basil leaves. I can't say that I really liked it. The dish came out light and non-greasy, but seemed a little bland and maybe a little tasteless, as if something was missing. Interestingly, another dish was mushroom soup made from berries. Mushrooms apparently do not grow in Armenia, but Dilijan is located in a forest zone and domestic tourism in Armenia consists of residents traveling from the southern regions to Dilijan to see the forest. Probably to enhance the experience, the menu includes mushroom soup, although vyashenki are mainly cultivated mushrooms. The second house contains rooms. It is located higher up the hillside. You need to go there along the path. In this house there are four large rooms on the ground floor (we were in one of these) and above them on the attic floor there are four more smaller rooms. The rooms on the ground floor are entered from the balcony-terrace, that is, from the street. This balcony-terrace has sofas and tables, as well as hanging chairs, so you can sit back and watch the sunset or sunrise in the distance. By the way, in the morning a red hotel cat (there are two of them, there is also a black one) came to the sofa near our room and began to meow, which finally woke us up. Next to the rooms, on the side, there is also a small kitchen area for self-catering. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and all kitchen utensils. So, in principle, you can prepare something simple for yourself. There is also a third house, but I don’t know what’s in it. It seems to be some kind of common room, perhaps for some kind of feast. There seems to be a TV there. On the very territory of the hotel, planted with trees, there is a hammock and pear-shaped chairs. There is a swing tied to a tree. In general, everything for a rural holiday. The room is furnished in country or Provence style. I know there are some differences between them. The latter is a little more aristocratic and elegant. This is such an Armenian country or Armenian Provence. The entrance door to the room is double-leaf with a glass top and a glass window above the door. You won't see anything like this anymore. The room has iron beds, wooden folding chairs, a wooden plank floor and the same ceiling, a large rough-hewn wooden wardrobe with creaking doors and drawers. Walls in pastel colors. Pictures hang on the walls. The ceiling is high, four meters. The bathroom is very brutal. It's like being in a cave. One wall is naked
