The room was very clean! No super big room but sure everything you need was present! Even free 2 small bottles of water and coffee and tea! Breakfast was top!! It was a buffet with a lot of delicious and very extensive! Amai! The hotel was very nice to make a good job, and the hotel was very nice to make a good job. The hotel is just at the station but you have no burden of train noise! Our window was often open and we really have no trains to pass! We will certainly go back to that hotel!

Très chouette hôtel dans un joli village. Beau jardin et vaste parking. Accueil sympathique, souriant et très professionnel. Conseils avisés pour visites et restaurants à proximité. Très belles chambres, grandes, fonctionnelles et bien décorées. Très bons lits, confortables. Grande salle de bains avec douche, baignoire et 2 lavabos. Magnifique petit-déjeuner. A recommander vivement !

I stayed here on a Thursday night in December. The hotel is a single story building located in rustic setting about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Genk. The room was of a good size and clean and decorated with images of forests, which was pretty cool. I noticed that there were towels the lengths of the window ledge, and the next morning I found out why - there was serious levels of condensation on the window, so there seemed to be issues with ventilation. Nevertheless this didn't take away from the experience. I paid €94 for the room, excluding breakfast (which was an extra €18). So I would say price a bit on the high side for product and location. Staff were very good. The only major drawback lack of public transport in the evenings (there didn't seem to to any buses after 8pm) - so you are faced with a long walk in and out of town.

The good: - Excellent base to walk and bike in the beautiful surroundings! - Very good food in the restaurant, traditional French, price is something on the top. - Very attentive and pleasant staff, very good! - Good Wifi coverage and no streaming issues - The area of the Junior Suite is spacious enough - Not suitable for January, but the garden and outdoors look attractive. The bad: - The hotel is dated. - The junior suite was very dark, dark, not attractive and very unhappy furnished. - Uncomfortable sitting/bedroom. Not to get a good sitting. - The TV hangs on a screw in the door between bedroom and home room, particularly unhappy! Only Belgian broadcasters, too, take a Chromecast oid. - The beds, they are advertised with one big bed, you get two beds on wheels separately. Super uncomfortable. - The beds are extremely soft and smooth, through? - There is a lot of little and not properly prepared lighting It is really not a disaster, but certainly no place to go to celebrate something together ....

Landing in Brussels, driving here, I didn't expect much, but once I found out that the hotel had a big lake on the back of the hotel, there was a feeling of mountain and water, and there were many wild birds, the environment was very comfortable.
