I checked the order with the front desk on the first day of check-in, and also confirmed that if I continued to live, I could not change the room. The next day I applied for a renewal. After repeated verification, I told me to change the room and make up the difference. In fact, I checked in the last class, but I didn't hand over it clearly with the next class. Such two mistakes are very low-level! Hope to improve the quality of service!
