We spent one night there in the run-up to Chris**as and really felt very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The food in the evening was great. The location was perfect in the old town.

We were guests in Dinkelsbühl for an anniversary celebration and therefore only needed a bed and breakfast. Apart from the fact that the bathroom was quite cramped, there was no reason for complaint. The house has a warm a**osphere and openness that makes it easy to feel at home there. The facilities are in very good condition overall. It's just better to skip the elevator - it's quicker to walk. ;)

The hotel is located on one of the main streets in the charming medieval town of Dinkelsbühl. As it is a very old building, it obviously had to be adapted and remodeled. The reception area is completely new and is where the restaurant is located and a great breakfast is also served. It has an elevator. As it was a single room, I found it small, and as it was on the top floor, the ceiling where the toilet was located was low and it was easy to bump your head. I was really bothered by the lack of black out curtains and the lack of air conditioning, despite it being cooler at night, even in summer. When parking, you unload your luggage at the hotel door and go to the city gate and turn left, where P3 is, which is free and is about a 5-minute walk back.

The room was clean and nice, the location was top notch. We got fresh towels every day and even had a fridge in the room, which is important for diabetics who take insulin. A big advantage was that there was an excellent Italian restaurant in the building where you could eat good, tasty dishes with very friendly and attentive service. Our overall rating is a solid 2+.

Recently clearly thoroughly renovated. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast buffet with poor fruit juice and excellent coffee and pastries. BUT: Wifi completely insufficient We had booked a suite and were given room 105. Not a suite but a separate sitting room with an uncomfortable sofa and a gigantic TV screen at a 90 degree angle, a small bedroom with a micro TV screen and a mini bathroom. On top of that, it had extremely poor acoustic insulation, the conversations of the neighbors in room 104 were completely audible, and their bathroom noises woke us up every morning. The lighting with fluorescent lamps is very unpleasant

We only stayed the one night but it’s located in the heart of the old historical town so ideal for exploring. There is street parking with meters and free parking. Our room was immaculate I have to say and well appointed and the breakfast was just superb so really happy.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of town. Breakfast was really good as well. They offered cold continental plus the option to request eggs and bacon. The only drawback was no parking near the hotel and we ended up paying for two rooms to sleep 2 adults and two young children. Not sure if they have any family rooms?
