"The hotel has poor hardware and software. I booked a small suite, but the structure was very strange, especially the shower room, which had no door and no shelter. The floor was wet after taking a shower. Did they sacrifice functionality for the sake of design? The bed was also very uncomfortable, and the quilt was too small. The service was even worse. First of all, the waiters in the restaurant did not speak English, and it was super difficult to communicate. I got up early the next morning, and the elevator was not open. I finally walked up the stairs to the first floor, and the gym was not open (no one reminded me when I checked in that the gym was not open 24 hours). I wanted to find someone to ask what time the gym would open, but I couldn't find anyone. Is there no one on duty in the entire hotel?"

The staff was very friendly and managed to find us a table, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The dining room is spacious, and it was clear that many locals and groups choose this place to meet and eat—which is always a promising sign. The restaurant doesn’t aim for fine dining or unnecessary frills; instead, it serves straightforward, hearty German home-style cooking. My wife enjoyed the traditional Schäufele, while I went for the Cordon Bleu. Neither dish was a culinary revelation, but both were tasty, satisfying, and exactly what we were looking for. The portions were generous, and the prices very fair, making the overall value excellent. If you’re in Dinkelsbühl and want a genuine, no-nonsense Franconian meal in a convivial atmosphere, this is a great choice. We left happy and would gladly return."

"Super location in the middle of the place. Very clean and modern room with great views of the workshop houses. The staff is very attentive and meets every wish. Breakfast was a dream. Man could order different coffee and egg specialities without a surcharge for the buffet. Salmon, sect, fresh pressed O juice and everything the heart wanted were at the buffet. Pool and sauna perfect. The only shortage was the lack of air conditioning. That was either very well built and hidden or there is no. That should be clarified before. We would book the hotel again at any time."
