Catastrophic stay between the room (very cold the heating worked every other time with a deafening noise. Hot water cut. Catastrophic restoration unforgettable stay in the bad sense of the word.

Super sejour,super hotel ,tout etait parfait que sa soit du personnel de l’hotel en passant par le restaurant et les animations.les enfants on adorer non ils ont aimer je remercie tout le personnel pour ce magnifique sejours et un enorme merci a Pika,Djo,Blacky et Daly pour toutes les animations les danses les activiter les paillettes dans les yeux des enfants ,nous revenons tres vite vous voir continuer comme sa vous etes tous super .A bientot

Les premiers jours, je ne comprenais pas comment il peut y avoir tant de commentaires positifs au vu des prestations médiocres proposées mais nous avons vite compris lorsque nous avons vu des employés (animateurs) commander des bons commentaires de clientèles ! - L’alcool n’est pas du tout de bonne qualité -Wi-Fi fonctionne souvent très mal - Au niveau de l’animation , l’investissement est inexistant , tous les jours les mêmes choses aucune nouveauté en une semaine fléchette danse ou n’importe quoi … ah si il y avait un programme mais jamais appliqué…….pour un 4 étoile on s’attend au moins à un minimum d’animation des jeux apéros, des jeux piscines,soirées à thème ectttt …Les seuls investis sont les animateurs qu’ils se traînent entre les transats pas plus - Les soirées … une grande déception … a 22h00 vous pouvez aller à votre chambre pour dormir tout est fini .. la qualité des « spectacles » comme ils disent est une blague encore une fois aucun investissement … La seul soirée plutôt cool « tunisienne » le chef d’animation a coupé cour... sûrement fatigué de sa journée au lit Bref hôtel à éviter très honnêtement !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec un enfant de 2 ans. Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé, nous avons très bien été accueillies dès le départ. Pour commencer le restaurant est très bon, on sent que les équipes en cuisine et le chef se donnent les moyens de proposer des plats variés avec des thèmes différents chaque soir, bien présentés. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours avec de nouveaux draps et nouvelles serviettes de bain. Chaque soir, une animation différente. Nous avons eu l’occasion de participer à la « soirée tunisienne » juste avant notre départ et les plats étaient justement parfaits ! L’animation : au top du top ! (Danseuse orientale, danse traditionnelle djerbienne) qui vous transportent dans l’univers oriental. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier l’équipe animation de Khalid : Manou, pikatchu, blacky, joe etc pour leur gentillesse et leur implication. Toute l’équipe est très respectueuse, attentionnée et amicale avec tous ! L’animation des enfants qui commence a 20h30 est top ! Elle occupe et permet aux enfants de danser et d’échanger entre eux, le tout avec une équipe encadrante très impliquée. Un grand merci à tous le personnel de l’Hotel Sidi Mansour, continuez ainsi ! Nous reviendrons, c’es sûr. ❤️

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Tout d'abord l'accueil a notre arrivé avec cocktail et prise en charge de nos bagages. Les repas sont très bons, variés, les chambres propres, nettoyées chaque jour. L'équipe d'animation organise des activités tout au long de la journée, aquagym, jeu de fléchettes, yoga, jeu de pétanque et j'en passe on ne s'ennuie jamais. Le DJ mets de la musique et anime toutes ses activités tout au long de la journee et mets l'ambiance chaque soir. On ne s'ennuie jamais. Quant aux animateurs ils sont au top du top tous gentil et respectueux. L'hôtel vous propose des activités, découverte de l'île, promenade en chameau... vous avez tout a porter de main dans cet hôtel. Pour une première fois en Tunisie, j'ai eu le sentiment d'être chez moi dans cet hôtel une grande famille. Vous pouvez foncez les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus. Merci a toute l'équipe d'animation. Nous reviendrons en Tunisie et surtout dans cet hôtel SIDI MANSOUR. ☀️

emplacement idéale , acceuil chaleureux et de professionnalisme surtout lors de gérer des flux arrivant dn même temps bcp d patience bravo la nourriture tres correcte et varié avec un excellent show cocking qui reflète l intelligence du chef équipe d animation actifs et a l écoute et bcp d activité.propose je recommande cette hotel. nb la plage n est pas loin de l hotel accessible sans avoir besoin d une navette la plage est tres bien aménagé . je recommande cet hôtel .

The best holiday we have ever been on, highly recommend the Sidi Mansure hotel 🙂wonderful and tolerant owners of the hotel 😘Especially thanks to the animators wonderful team best greetings to DJO best dancer ever! They help to make birthday surprises to our friend and cake in short time. Amazing staff🙃 really took care about guests. The swimming pool is big and clean and the water was fantastic especially at night. The food is ok . The room is big and cleaned every day. The hotel quiet near to the see and beautiful beach. We met wonderful friends and wish to meet again😉

service acceuil et réception à l écoute malgré le mal entendu ( sejours de noce avec une chambre lit séparé attribué et pas de prise en charge) chapeau bas pour le service cuisine et restauration. nourriture varié et de qualité buffet riche et les cuisinés discipliné ( ravitaillement rapide et efficasse ) animation perdu dans l l'espace sans aucun efforts .
