My first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

Superbe établissement avec de superbes prestations que ce soit au niveau de la nourriture, hébergement, thalassothérapie (massages et soins d'hydrotherapie) Nourriture 10/10 Massages 9/10. Chambre 10/10 Personnel 10/10 (au top) Animation 7/10 (il paraît que l'hiver c'est toujours calme et que l'été c'est beaucoup mieux).

We zijn 5 nachten in het hotel verbleven en het was een schitterende ervaring met het gezin! Ruime moderne kamers en badkamers. Het eten is heel verzorgd, veel variatie en heel vers. We hebben het à la Carré restaurant zelf niet geprobeerd maar andere gasten zeiden dat het super was. De staff staat altijd ter beschikking om de ervaring top te maken. We boeken in juli opnieuw met vrienden en de tieners!

We stayed during the winter holidays at this hotel and were not disappointed. We chose this establishment for the reputation of its thalassotherapy and were treated like kings. The masseuses were excellent and the sea water pools were very relaxing. We had no idea how relaxing sea water trea**ents could be. As for the food, it was very tasty, especially the breakfast with the omelettes made fresh and the fresh juices. We really liked the all-inclusive formula for a week (maybe 2 weeks would have been too much). Having made several hotels in Tunisia; we can say that the major asset of this hotel are the rooms (huge over 50m2 and yet we did not take a suite) and the beauty of its beach. The hotel has closed for renovation, we can't wait to see the result. The ÏBEROSTAR chain is taking over the management of this hotel and being regulars of this chain, we are sure that the result will be extraordinary.

I would rate the overall experience at this hotel with a 10 out of 10. The staff is super helpful. The pool is huge, clean with a view on the beach. The hotel has a magnificent beach always clean with crystal clear water. Food is delicious with a lot of variety. We heard that the hotel was taken over by Iberostar. This place was already paradise for us, hopefully with this international brand and this total renovation , it will be even better. Hopefully, the charm and authenticity of this hotel will be kept.

We stayed at this hotel in February. The establishment is very nice, huge rooms (all suites in terms of surface area), very well cleaned. The food is very tasty, could be a little more varied but overall it was very good. The staff is very courteous, friendly. The gardens are magnificent, very large and the beach is probably the most beautiful in Djerba. We will come back in September. The hotel closed for renovation and will reopen in the summer, we can't wait to discover this upgrade!! Alicious room 201.
