Bottled water can't be opened; the bottle opener attached to the wall is baked on. The phone from the room won't call reception; there's no number or they don't answer. Housekeeping is sporadic, sometimes good, sometimes so-so."

"A very warm welcome from the top employees apart from the animators who are unpleasant and above all who only speak German!!! The reception staff (Mohamed in particular with whom I often had to deal) are very kind and attentive, the pool attendants Amine and Akim are at the top of their kindness and smiles 😁 very good food, all the Tunisian employees are really at the top!!!! just one fault that I can highlight is the lack of consideration for travelers who are not German!!!! Thanks to Mohamed for the welcome, to Amine Akim, the pool attendants for making my stay pleasant despite this lack of consideration for the French!!!!"

"The best thing about this hotel is an animation team! The hotel itself is not as good as you can expect but the animation team made me feel extremely happy and I was having so much fun. They teach us a lot of dances that I really enjoyed. Also they had a good show at the night. Everybody was respectful and very nice to me. I went there by myself so I was a little worried about being alone but they made me feel welcome. Special thanks to the Leo and Bubu, they are the best in Djerba ❤️🔥"

"Extremely disappointed by this guesthouse in the middle of nowhere. The power kept cutting out, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The Wi-Fi signal was nonexistent. The beach was terrible, across the road from a dune. It was also dirty. Breakfast was extremely limited, with no cake, yogurt, or savory options for those who prefer it. The pool was very salty, and the mosaic tiles were coming loose. The facilities were outdated. We didn't even stay the last night. This guesthouse is overrated."

"The most rotten hotel for a 4 star hotel in terms of quality/price, very dirty, dried excrement in the outdoor shower near the pool which has not been cleaned for days, very bad food, every meal the same thing, reheated chicken at every meal, breakfast with a minimum, bread that smells of racis, cheap fish with quantities of stops. Dessert non-existent apart from green melon and prunes and ice cream that's all.... Merguez and chicken at every meal, green salad we didn't see a single leaf apart from tomatoes and olives... for more than 150 Euro per day we had a thousand times better in Tunisia the other times.. so an ibis budget is much better than this hotel, so disappointed except the only positive thing is the people who work there are super nice and helpful.... Really I expected a minimum for a 4 star. So I will never return to this place. So avoid it because there are better ones and this is the 4th time I have been and I speak from experience!!!"

"had the best time for my birthday holiday would definitely go back again Good service and animation June 2026 The service and animation team were amazing, Chris, Sam, Kimo, Enzo, Rio, momo, aous, Mario, olios, Ahmed dj, nariman aladin. Great activities for darts, ping pong, Zumba with Chris, water aerobics with aladin. Every night is a good party, karaoke, dances throughout and the nights. Great service, reception and the bars are helpful. Lots of shops around that sell essentials!"
