Pour notre première fois à Djerba, nous avons bien choisi l'hôtel. Il est certes un peu vieillot mais on y est vraiment bien accueilli et le personnel fait tout pour qu'on passe de bonnes vacances. On s'est reposé, on a dansé, chanté, et bien mangé. Merci à Ali et Mohsen pour les activités. La piscine est très jolie, les murs sont immenses, et il y a des dizaines de chats partout ! C'est adorable d'avoir les chats qui viennent chercher les caresses mais parfois l'odeur est gênante. On n'a pas aimé la visite du souk parce qu'on s'est manipulés par les jeunes guides en se faisant emmener au fond de boutiques pour acheter n'importe quoi à des prix trop élevés (on a tout refusé, il a fallu être très fermes, c'était désagréable). Par contre les autres visites étaient magiques et dans une ambiance très conviviale. On reviendra au Djerba resort c'est certain !

Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Djerba resort pour cette semaine de vacances .le rafraîchissement de La salle à manger des couloirs des chambres sans oublier les super transats donne encore plus l’envie de revenir c’est ce que nous ferons au mois d’octobre, pour trois semaines. je n’oublierai pas de remercier aussi l’équipe du spa pour leurs massages et le sourire MERCI Éric et Valerie

Rapport qualité prix top! Pour vos activités, allez voir Jamel, bonne humeur, rires, respect l'ami! Propreté top ! Personnel très respectueux, souriant. Seul bémol, repas répétitifs et snacks de l'après midi peu fournis mais cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances. Déjeuner varié, jus frais en extra. Belles vacances à refaire sans hésitation 👍

hotel ne meritant pas ses 4 etoiles,tres sale ,repas pas variés du tout ,cure de legumes poulet pendant 1 semaine ,pittoyable , seul point positif la piscine,pas de papier toilettes ,serviettes en papier pendant les repas , bref a fuir,sans oublier les cafards !!!!!des megots de cigarettes dans le lit lors de notre arrivée ,heureusement une stagiaire bien gentil nous a reloger dans une chambre.A FUIRRRR

Wir haben uns auf einen gemeinsamen Urlaub als Freunde gefreut und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind, durften wir erstmal für die Handtücher die wir für den Aufenthalt am Pool brauchten bezahlen. Als wir dann unsere Zimmerkarte bekommen haben, wurden wir dann, auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Schon beim betreten des Familienzimmers haben wir festgestellt, dass es extrem nach Lack gerochen hat. Beim betreten des Badezimmers kamen uns noch Haare von Gästen die vor uns dort waren entgegen. Urin Flecken inklusive auf der Toilettenbrille. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns nur eine Nacht in dem extrem dreckigen und stinkenden Zimmer nächtigen lassen. Das Zimmer danach war sehr gut. Sauberkeit sei mal dahin gestellt. In dem Hotel an sich kommt man weiter wenn man fließend Französisch spricht ansonsten kann man sich nicht richtig unterhalten. Das Essen war absolut nicht genießbar. Es gab viele Speisen innerhalb der Woche jeden Tag. Magen und Darm Beschwerden kamen schon nach einer Mahlzeit. Getränke bekommt man nicht gebracht mit Glück kann man an der nur halb funktionierenden Maschine sich Cola und Sprite holen die höchstwahrscheinlich mit Sirup hergestellt werden. Service war relativ freundlich. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool sind schon vor dem Frühstück reserviert mit einem Handtuch oder komplett belegt. Der Strand ist an sich schön, nur nicht der Abschnitt der zum Hotel gehört. Es liegt dort sehr viel Müll, die Sonnenschirme fallen halbwegs auseinander und man muss aufpassen nicht in eine Glasscherbe zu treten. Wer kein Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und auch kein Problem mit Kakerlaken hat die man sehr häufig sieht, wird sich wohlfühlen. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Würde es eine 0 Sterne Bewertung geben würde ich die auch vergeben.

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous venons dans cet établissement que nous connaissons bien.Malheureusement,il est vieillissant car construit en 1990 je crois et sans beaucoup d'investissement.Cependant,cette année,nous avons été agréablement surpris de constater que tous les transats et matelas avaient été remplacés,ce qui n'était pas un luxe.Également,une meilleure qualité du WIFI.Pour le reste pas grand chose de nouveau.Exemple les terrains de pétanque:plus de tableau d'affichage,les boites de rangement des boules sont prêtes à s'écrouler.Pas un grand investissement mais un manque de vigilance.Nous avons logé cette fois dans les chambres 2200 avec une vue sur l'arrière cour(des tas de gravats entreposés!!!)et pas de rénovation.Bref,il serait temps que quelques investissements soient réalisés car cet établissement présente beaucoup de point positif:parc végétalisé,très grande et belle piscine,cuisine variée et d'une qualité correcte pour le prix payé,ce qui explique que nous y retournons depuis plus de 10 ans.Par contre,le spa est très dégradé et,si rien ne change,nous n'y retournerons.Cette année,il n'y avait aucune baignoire à bulles en état de fonctionnement.Le manque d'hygiéne au niveau des tables de massage est également évident.Ne parlons même pas de l'état des espaces de déshabillage ou les casiers ne ferment plus pour la plus part(certains ont la porte qui ne tient plus!!. Bref,je pense que le directeur de cet établissement ne vient certainement pas faire une visite.Dommage car le personnel est sympathique.Voila de façon objective mon avis

Personnel à l accueil pas très accueillant sauf une grande dame on a eu un accueil très glacial et le départ on partais de l hôtel à 13h et voulais qu’on rendre la chambre à 9h que c’est midi Personnel au bar et serveur extérieur au top au resto ça dépend Je trouve que l hôtel a perdu beaucoup en qualité Question animation c’est moyen les animateurs ne sont pas très accueillant Nagela qui est là pour la thalasso une personne super sympathique et qui a tjs un petit mot le matin pour vous dire bonjour Mais surtout revoir l accueil à la réception
