Djerba Midun Hotels with Airport pickup service

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

Our stay at Djerba Aqua Resort started off on a rocky note, but after voicing our concerns to the team, the transformation in our experience was remarkable. By the time we left, we were already planning our return! This resort is actually a combination of two hotels: Djerba Aqua Resort and Ceasar Thalasso, which provides guests with the best of both worlds. The shared facilities and seamless integration between the two hotels added extra variety and excitement to our stay. The suite was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting guests daily with genuine smiles and personal conversations. It was lovely how they remembered details about our previous days, which made our stay feel all the more special. The resort’s security measures were also commendable. There were always security guards on site, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the photography services offered by the hotel. They provide packages for personal, in-hotel, and outdoor photoshoots, as well as the unique and beautiful iris photos. The photographer was exceptionally caring and cheerful, always going out of his way to accommodate us. He captured our moments perfectly and added a lovely, personal touch to our vacation. The cosmopolitan mix of different cultures and languages at the resort made the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. Despite the diversity, there was a harmonious vibe throughout our stay—no conflicts, just a warm sense of community. The animation team, especially Pablo, deserves a special shout-out. His energy around the pool was infectious, and he made an effort to play music we loved, enhancing the atmosphere immensely. Dining was another highlight, particularly the à la carte restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the service was even better—Kamil went above and beyond, making every meal memorable. The bartender at Caesar Bar was another standout—an absolute gentleman who made us feel truly special. He not only created delightful cocktails but also personally delivered them to the pool, elevating our experience. Nabil was also incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The spa, located in Ceasar Thalasso, was phenomenal. The therapist was respectful, gentle, and applied the perfect amount of pressure to leave us feeling utterly relaxed. It was a serene escape that added to the luxurious feel of our stay. A special mention goes to the White Party, a cocktail celebration of guests coming to Djerba. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet and mingle with other visitors and management, who made us feel incredibly valued. We were personally invited, and it felt like a true celebration of the Djerba Aqua Resort and Ceasar Thalasso experience. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Habib and Sameh from management, who were absolutely outstanding. Their attentiveness and genuine care for guests were second to none

Royal Garden Palace is a great choice for anyone seeking the calm , the rest , delicious food and professional services..This hotel still keeps the ethics of tourism services and ensures to provide the right role in an excellent manner to achieve the target and match clients expectations. The reception team is helpful, smiling and effective in clients needs. This team is managed / well trained by MR Faysal which is always available to make sure the process is respected and smoothly implemented. Anis , Bechir , Sihem : Bravo 👏. Restaurant services are Excellent 👌 under the supervision of MR Badii , An example of discipline, punctuality and perseverance. Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Best holiday in djerba plaza Frist i want to thank the animation team they wear so good with us excepcional momo were too gentil with us , so our room it was beautiful as we saw it in the pics with nice view and really the food was so tasty and sea was so beautiful.

A very wonderful and charming hôtel arounded with one of the Best workers helphul with the smile always , hôtel is very clean food is very Nice barman are very gentleman and polite ,one of the Best animation team that you can ever seen, they doing them Best to keep the Day active with different activities and of course we dont forget to mention the night party and shows each night ..thank you all for the wonderful time we splen here , for sure we came back

Don‘t expect anything more than 3 stars. The 3 stars clearly show in every aspect of the hotel. Food/ room/ entertainment. Food is a variety of random food that seems to be made of left overs from day before or lunch. No real theme or line is visible. You won’t starve to death but you aren’t excited for the meals. Which is however okay considering 3 stars. The coffee is delicious. room. Out of 7 days there was 3 days no electricity, the hotel wants you to wait in the room for the handyman. we wasted many hours sitting in a warm room waiting. Unfortunately the balcony door wasn’t secure and more time had to be wasted, waiting to get this repaired. The cleaning staff does their best to supply fresh towels daily and cleans regularly. However the condition of the shower is questionable & partly broken. Pool is clean but not in best condition. Prices for a save differ. We paid 1€ per day when another person paid 2Dinar per day. Working staff expect a lot of tips for their service. Specially at the bar and restaurant. If you want more than a 0.1l plastic cup, you gotta tip generously and frequently. Still no real dealbreaker but nothing that makes you excited. 3 stars. What was most annoying was the entertainment. There was simply no real Animation team. They walk around here and there and try to sell you Tombola tickets for 5€, or sell you shirts or drinks. The frequent program like darts or other games are just done with no real joy or even good equip, and the animation team doesn’t seem to enjoy the games at all. The evening shows are terrible. Very boring, no variety. Comedy and dance. You don’t miss out by going to bed early. Within the hotel there are tons of extra expenses waiting for you: Spa (Ali) and a tour guide (Fathi) Beware of these guys they are the ones for the „scams“ who will try to sell you absolute overpriced trips and spa offers. Same with souvenirs at the beach or the lobby shop or the nearby supermarket. They will do anything to make you believe you got a good offer while they rub their hands. Best is to buy souvenirs from the airport shop where it’s absolutely ridiculously cheap compared to the boutique. Make sure to bring enough sun Sunscreen, since they sell it for 25€ per small bottle. Overall you won’t die but it’s nothing special

The best place on earth to rest, relax and have some summer fun. You are welcomed from the very entrance by helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen serves all variety of dishes. The pool are is well prepared and equiped. Everyday you can find aultitude of difference activities provided by the wonderful entertainment team. Adults and children can always find something interesting to do. You can leave your little ones under the care of kids club and enjoy aerobics, stretching, Zumba, beach volleyball or beach football every day. It's the perfect place with perfect people working there to make your vacation experience in Djerba unforgettable. Only in Calimera Tati Beach.
