The concierge service is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is diligent and set for afternoon tidying up and replenishing supplies while setting the room for evening when I was back from meetings. The seaside pool area and outdoor seating and dining areas are a plus.

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel I’ve been there my husband to the italien restaurant and everything was just wow and all the staff are smiley and professional without forgetting the one who help us to discover such an amazing place Nagla the lady in red a real angel a big thank to her.

I have been staying at the hotel for a while and due to work I am accumulating stress. For that, there is nothing better than my monthly appointment at the hotel's K wellness Spa, where attentive reception staff like Sabrine and the rest of the staff serve you with a big smile and professionalism. The massages so far have been fantastic in an intimate and relaxed environment for all five senses. This time I was able to enjoy a Thai massage from Santhip that made me relax completely. But also without forgetting the previous ones that make you leave the place as if on a cloud. Definitely, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Kempinski. The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The staff throughout the hotel was attentive, friendly, and hospitable. The main reason I am writing this review is to highlight Esther, Front Office Manager. I have never experiences such kindness and service from a reception manager. Esther went out of her way to accommodate me and demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality. I requested the GM's info, so that I could reach out directly, but of course I misplaced it. Thank you Esther, you are a true asset to the property!!!!! I do have a couple of suggestions for the room. All five-star hotels should include USB ports and coffee machines. The hot beverage option was really disappointing, and coffee makers need to be in all rooms.

Djibouti Palace Kempinski continues to be one of the best hotels in Djibouti. Good gymnasium and has tennis courts. Very large convention function space as part of the hotel. The hotel serves alcohol. Great pool and views of the Gulf of Tadjoura

Great spa experience from Pontip and Sabrine the receptionist. Sabrina was very welcoming at the reception. Pontip performed a royal hamman for 80 mins, stayed in the steamer, and great massage from Pontip. She went back ver and beyond. Well done Pontip!!

Ambient in the hotel, cleanliness of the room and the most importantly their friendly staffs are amazing. During my stay, there was a miscommunication when arranging the in-room dining. However Mr KEYSEH went above my expectations and made me feel happy at the end. This five star class service should remain forever and is what makes their guests want to comeback again. I was really happy with this hotel.

"J'ai récemment réservé une table au restaurant du Djibouti Palace Kempinski en passant par le standard, et l'expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Le personnel au téléphone HODAN a été très courtois et professionnel. Ils ont pris le temps de vérifier la disponibilité et de s'assurer que toutes mes préférences étaient notées. La réservation s'est faite sans accroc et j'ai apprécié leur attention aux détails. Je suis impatient de découvrir le restaurant et de savourer un repas dans ce cadre magnifique.
