We spent a week at the hotel. It was a great experience. Close to different ski systems. We felt that the staff really took care of us. Nice spa even though it is not very big. Great food (six courses at dinner) and the wine list is impressive. We hope to come back in the near future!

Albergo 4 stelle veramente bello con terme piscina e sauna favolose camera pulita peccato che sul materasso non c’era il topper… avendolo anche richiesto mi è stato detto che non c’è la avevano…. Strano che un albergo a quattro stelle non abbia per il letto il topper .. per il resto ci siamo trovati da dio … ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😀

Accoglienza perfetta, personale super gentile, ottima cucina. Posizione ideale. Siamo arrivati oltre l'orario di chiusura del ristorante a causa del traffico e ci hanno fatto una cenetta super con servizio ad hoc!

GREAT LOCATION TO DIFFERENT WALKING TRAILS AND ALSO THE STATION. LOVELY OLD FASHIONED HOTEL ,GOOD SIZED ROOMS WITH BALCONY. HAD ALL THE FACILITIES ,SAUNA AND JACUZZI AND THE REST . GOOD FOOD (HALF BOARD) BUT NOT VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR VEGETARIANS .GREAT STAFF AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE FRONT OFFICE WAS MANNED BY OMAR AND SANDRA AND HUSBAND AND WELL MANAGED AND OMAR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE

Eccellente e variegata la cucina, ambienti e camere curatissimi, pulizia massima, ottima l’area relax, assolute cortesia e professionalità dei titolari e del personale. Mia moglie e io siamo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno in questo hotel. E' a ridosso della stazione ferroviaria, il che rende particolarmente comodo spostarsi lungo la Val Pusteria in treno. Abbiamo avuto una stanza senza particolari fronzoli ma ampia, tranquilla, con vista e con insonorizzazione perfetta. La gradevole ed elegante zona spa-piscina, impreziosita da tre saune di diversa tipologia e temperatura, è stata provvidenziale nei giorni di tempo brutto. Avevamo la formula mezza pensione. Molto elegante la sala-ristorante. Ottima la prima colazione. La sera, a parte l'abbondante scelta della sezione-insalata, mediamente buoni gli antipasti e i primi, ottimi i secondi e i vini e di livello veramente eccezionale i dolci. Per antipasti, primi, secondi e vini buona e ben calibrata possibilità di scelta. Ottimi anche i cocktail. Personale premuroso e cordiale, proprietario presente e attento. Grande gentilezza da parte di tutti. E' un albergo che resterà nei nostri cuori, a cui auguriamo felice prosecuzione di stagione e dove speriamo di poter tornare.

Come può un uomo del Sud, nato e cresciuto al mare amare tanto le Dolomiti? Andate in Val Pusteria e capirete! In particolare in questo hotel, in cui siamo stati ospiti per la terza volta (speriamo non l'ultima). Siamo stati come a casa, grazie alla attenzione e all'amore per il proprio lavoro e per la propria terra di Sandra e di Andreas, persone di rara bellezza e trasparenza interiore ed esteriore. Una menzione speciale a tutto il personale, dai cuochi ai camerieri che ci hanno coccolato ogni giorno. Complimenti in particolare a Luciano, che a colazione, non ci ha fatto mai mancare il suo sorriso e la voglia di trasmetterci la sua passione ( ci ha fatto assaggiare cose viste solo a 4 hotel... grazie di cuore). Spa pulita e ben tenuta. Camera bellissima, peccato per la vasca in bagno a posto della doccia, ma questo naturalmente è gusto personale... non può certo sminuire la bellezza di questa settimana. A presto spero e grazie

Preferiamo Dobbiaco ad altre località della valle perché graziosa e aperta e preferiamo questo 4 stelle a due passi dalla stazione, molto curato ed elegante nelle parti comuni. Camera con balcone e parquet lato sud, molto grande e bella vista sulle montagne. Personale gentilissimo e buon ristorante, vario e con serate a tema. Un grazie al nostro Pas (Pasquale), servizio al tavolo sempre attento e sorridente.
