我們於6月初入住這家酒店。因為到達時是上午九點多，被告知還沒有房間可以入住，但可以先存行李，讓我們先出去遊玩然後等房間好了後會短訊通知我們，但等到下午3點也未見短訊通知（我是澳洲手機），我們就自行回到酒店，果然房間早就好了但沒告知我們。
當我在洗澡洗頭時，發現洗頭水瓶子是空的，衹好用沐浴露洗了頭髮，告知前台後才讓服務員充了洗髮水。
離店的前一晚，特地去前台問我們兩間房明天能否晚一小時辦理離店，答覆沒問題，但第二天11點打來電話問何時check out，説是衹跟他們説了一間房晚點check out. 下去辦理離店手續時我問前台一切都ok了嗎？答覆是的，你們可以走了，但今天偶然查銀行賬單時發現酒店收了我一筆澳幣23.96，打電話過去問，答曰是女兒房間用了mini bar，但我女兒根本不喝酒，後來説那5個工作日退還給我，可是如果我沒有查賬單，這筆錢很有可能就被糊裡糊塗收了，這太不公平了!
基於以上種種，我完全不推薦這家酒店!

I was assigned a room on the second floor with no sunlight outside the window. I heard the sound of cars all the time at night. The bathroom was empty of shower gel. I had to tell the counter twice before it was replenished. I was a little disappointed.

There were no slippers in the room on the day of check-in. I told the front desk when I left the next morning. The front desk apologized and asked for the room number. When I returned to the hotel that night, the room had been cleaned but there were still no slippers. I called the front desk again and they delivered them.
I booked a deluxe city view room, which gave me a view of Melbourne's rooftops. When I checked out, the front desk said that this was the city view, which made it difficult for me to book again.

New hotel, very cost-effective. The room is beautiful and comfortable, and it also provides free bottled water. It is located next to the parliament and has good transportation.
