The hotel is new and clean. The lobby has a light floral fragrance. The environment is elegant, fashionable, comfortable and feels like home. The service staff are sincere and courteous. The location is in the city center and there is a tram downstairs. There is a large open-air parking lot within a 5-minute walk, which is convenient for self-driving tours. The parking lot is isolated and serves Chinese food all night long. It tastes very good and is delicious. It also has a large supermarket and different coffee shops. Average stay. TV not working. Heater is not warm. The blanket does not come into one piece. Two twin size blanket put together doesn’t mean king size blanket.
And could not store our luggages at the checkin. For the size of the hotel apar**ent, they should have bigger storage space.

Great hotel, within a quiet but safe part of Melbourne. The tram stations are within the free tram zone which makes it convenient to travel around. The hotel itself is great. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable and the room was very very modern. The hotel is a highly recommended place. Great value for money!
