"Hotel location is very convenient, there is a tram station downstairs, about 10 minutes walk to southern cross station, , but there is a train in the morning, although more than 20 floors are high, the window is closed and the train has already been awakened. Overall health, facilities are complete. The only fly in the ointment is that I didn't make the check-in procedures clear earlier. Although I had been asked to pay $300 deposit one day earlier, I needed to enter the credit card information according to the link provided by email to pay the deposit. It was a bit unsafe. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving."

"The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout 5. Provided with a large number of channels TV 6. Very nice mattress for sleeping 7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower 8. All appliances are working properly. 9. Calm and quiet 10. The speed of wifi is wonderful 11. Windows have good soundproofing 12. Security is excellent. Cons: 1. Neither toilet has a hand shower"

"Overall, pretty good. It's great for walks along the river, and there's a Woolworths right across the street. Amenities: The pool facilities are well-equipped, with both a sauna and a steam room. However, the pool water was a bit salty, possibly because many people were using it. Maybe it needs more frequent changing. Also, the water pressure for the shower in the room was a bit low, which could be improved. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was good. Service: Good. The doorman smiled at me when I got out of the car, and the front desk staff were polite. However, for this price point, bottled water in the room still costs extra. The main issue is its misleading placement – while the mini-bar is obviously paid, the bottled water was placed right next to the tea bags, making it easy to grab and drink, only to find out it was nine dollars a bottle. That's a bit much. Environment: Quite nice. However, the river view wasn't ideally positioned; it was at an angle."

"This stay was a huge disappointment. Before checking in, I emailed to confirm my booking, but the hotel irresponsibly pushed the blame to the booking platform and refused to verify it. Upon arrival, I found numerous issues with the room's facilities, including a smelly range hood, a clogged sink, frequent TV and internet disconnections, and even a dryer lint trap packed with thick lint, which posed a safety concern. The towel quality was inconsistent. Furthermore, the room cleaning was extremely shoddy; the floor was dusty, and amenities weren't restocked. The worst part was that after I reported missing tissues, the front desk promised delivery within 20 minutes, but it took over an hour and two follow-up calls before anyone addressed it. The hotel needs to ensure its cleaning staff conducts thorough checks and improve the front desk's service efficiency and accountability."
