Great location perfect for NYE in Melbourne

Venue was great, pool area wad amazing. Staff are extremely polite and the 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. Will stay again, for sure.

I checked in and completed the vehicle registration form at reception. I was not clearly told a parking permit needed to be displayed or that my car could be towed. Later someone complained about the bay and reception immediately told them the car wasn’t a guest vehicle without checking the registration forms. When I asked why they collect regos if they don’t check them, I was told “there are only two of us and we don’t have time.” When I asked to see my form it was found within 30 seconds, clearly showing my registration — but by then my car was already being towed and I had to pay $660 to release it. The hotel later offered $200, which doesn’t come close to covering a situation that basic verification and clear communication could have easily prevented. Very disappointing.
