They are apartments, not hotels.
Location is good for those who use it for work as you have the freeway just a few minutes away.
For tourism you are outside the centre, and Docklands has honestly never experienced great seasons, isolated from everything, clubs and shops are half closed.
Good gym, swimming pool in Melbourne if it is not indoors, it is useless, too cold.
Garage well.

We had a great stay.
The apartment is large and we'll appointed with a excellent floorplan and an awesome view of the water and city. It's only a short walk to the tram, shops and restaurants.
We can't wait to stay again.
