Amazing
TTeejayqClean apartment in a very convenient location with good views. Apartment comes with washer and dryer so able to do laundry, also comes with sufficient amenities for a smooth stay. Location very convenient as mentioned, there is a tram station just at the entrance of the apartment. Facilities like gym and pool available but we did not visit these facilities. Parking available upon request but requires payment, but at acceptable rates.
Overall good stay and would choose to stay here again if I were to come back to Melbourne again for a trip!
Note: only one air condition for the whole apartment, might be tad hot during summer.

GGuest UserThe hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things.
Positives:
1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful
2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station
3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets
4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout
5. Provided with a large number of channels TV
6. Very nice mattress for sleeping
7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower
8. All appliances are working properly.
9. Calm and quiet
10. The speed of wifi is wonderful
11. Windows have good soundproofing
12. Security is excellent.
Cons:
1. Neither toilet has a hand shower

However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

穷穷困的用户The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

RRonah WWe had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

It has convenient living, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and complete facilities in the apartment. , Pots, pans, cups and more. The only problem is that I haven't arrived in the apartment yet, and haven't checked in yet. The credit card authorization deposit was inexplicably deducted AUD 500. This really surprised me. Fortunately, after arriving at the apartment, the front desk informed that there would be no problem when checking out and it would be refunded.
