The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross Station. The beds have a bit of a smell and the staff's service attitude is very good.

The entrance of the hotel is actually on the side of the road, sharing the same door with a restaurant. As a result, we didn't realize that we had made a big circle. The front desk service was very good and they even helped print some materials for free. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you can go to the seaside pier. It's nice to go for a run and look at the sea.

The hotel is clean, it has a pool the water isn’t much heated as they claim, the room I stayed in didn’t have good view, I suggest rent the in the upper floors, and it’s a bit far from CBD.

1) Construction noise in the day time 2) the shower had issues with the hot/cold water, couldn't have the right temp it was either too cold or too hot. 3) The alarm clock kept buzzing at 6 am in the morning and somehow I couldnt reset it

The hotel room was very tiny, the bed was horrible and the toilet smelled like a sewage. It’s a 3 star hotel marked as 5. Not worth the money. The lobby smells of terrible heap scent. I have never stayed in a more horrible place.
Only positive thing was the staff are great and pleasant.
