Dole is a wonderful understated place to explore in gem of a region of hidden France. Hotel de la Cloche is a great springboard.
Friendly staff and a fantastic location make this a must for any visitors to Dole.
I would heartily recommend it.
The weather was marvelous and the staff guided me to great resto choices; L’ Atelier…and Da Vincy!

Hôtel bien situé en bordure du centre historique de Dole, chambre agréable et confortable, au calme, buffet du petit déjeuner varié. Le plus, un garage pour stationner sa moto. Le moins, le prix appliqué au garage ne correspond pas à la tarification affichée.

Love Drufus the polar bear. Tasty croissants for breakfast. Big room. Grear location. Safe. Walkable. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Hôtel sympathique, bien situé, les employés y sont très gentils et ont de bons conseils sur les commodités aux alentours (aillant été pour le travail, je n'ai demandé que pour les restos, mais c'était que des bons). Les lits y sont confortables, la chambre est propre, petits bémols les couvertures sont un peu légères, et l'isolation (phonique ou thermique) du bâtiment un peu vétuste.

Payer une chambre 80 euros la nuit et avoir l impression de dormir dans un formule 1 avec cabine de douche plastique et papier de la chambre troué un peu partout c'est bien dommage quand on voit les photos sur internet c'est pas vraiment ça ???? hormis ces désagréments je souhaite que la prochaine fois sera mieux

We loved our stay at Hotel de la Cloche. We were on a bike ride along Euro Velo 6 and they made it easy to drop off our bikes in the lobby and check in a little early. We enjoyed a cold beverage from the bar downstairs and cafe au lait in the morning. Incredible location in the heart of town.
