The booking included 1 breakfast despite booking for 4 adults and two children. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and never had this issue. The hotel resolved it and did not charge us for extra breakfasts. They also included extra beds for free for the kids. The food choice was not up to that standard of the other major cities and the dining experience definitely was not 5 star. The ambiance and service however was 5 star and the staff was helpful and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent although the water was pretty dirty. Over all a great stay and would recommend

Most of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge. I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited. The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

I went to the hotel to check in at nine in the evening. The lady at the front desk kindly helped me upgrade my room for free. I was very surprised. This was my third time staying at this hotel in five days. The hotel room was really spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel also prepared a fruit plate. Everything in Woxin Hotel is very good and makes people feel at home. The 180-degree scenery outside the window is very beautiful. It is difficult to find another such a good hotel.

Went to watch the game of the women's basketball team. After looking at the surroundings with my friends, we decided to book a Hampton by Hilton. We got up early in the morning and had breakfast. It was great. Both Chinese and Western styles were available. The quality was also very good. The eggs were great. Service: The room service is also very good~ The ladies and brothers are very polite~ Any questions and inquiries can be dealt with immediately and in a timely manner~ I will still choose Hampton by Hilton next time~

Xiao Luo and Xiao Huang at the front desk provided very good service. They helped deliver breakfast. Clothes were left in the room. The hotel proactively contacted them to help with mailing. They are worthy of praise. The room is well soundproofed and quiet, and the view is very open. The room is equipped with a nest and food tray for the dog. It is very suitable for pet families. I will stay at Novotel next time I come to Songshan Lake!

以前在別的城市住過這家連鎖酒店，體驗還不錯，所以看到松山湖也有這家酒店時就訂了。酒店房間整潔舒適。刷卡上樓，比較安全。馬路對麪就是食街，不過中午大部分是不開的，主要作晚飯和夜宵，好在有**，酒店有機器人服務，直接送到房間。酒店離松山湖比較近，聽說騎行松山湖衹有波浪山莊的入口處有電動車租，所以這個位置去那行程很短。前台的服務冰火兩重天，前一天辦理入住的藍衣服女生非常熱情，有問必答。第二天早上因為房間要延長入住到前台續時，遇到一個白衣服短髮女生。我到前台時她剛好準備離開前台，我跟她說您好，她聽見了也看到我，但是眼睛就像衹看到空氣一樣，直接無視，走了。我在前台站了一會因為前台無人，我便拐到進電梯的通道想看下工作房有沒工作人員。結果我看到了這個女生還在那等電梯，她扭過頭看到了我，這次她終於先開口跟我說讓我等一下。再一次證明剛才在前台她是聽見了我的問好直接無視。然後我就在通道處等，她弄完她的事情后直接從我身邊走了過去拐進前台。對，直接挨着我走了過去，正常的前台應該主動問客人有什麼幫忙的吧，畢竟客人在等她。但她就是直接一聲不吭。等我自己發現前台有人自己走過去找她。辦理全程麪無表情，就像人家欠她錢一樣。拜託，我知道很多酒店都有免費延時退房，我願意交費延時還好像我欠她什麼。總之這種臭臉的人就不應該放在前台，讓客人體驗極差。

It is the first time to stay in this hotel when I travel to Songshan Lake. The indoor environment is very good👍🏿 The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, as well as the self-service laundry, gym, and breakfast buffet. It's very close to Songhu Yanyu to take a walk at night. It's convenient to eat, drink and play in Vanke Life Plaza. It's worth recommending👍🏿

I have always loved staying at Banyan Tree. I stayed at Banyan Tree Yangshuo twice before. This time, the first Banyan Tree in Guangdong opened in Dongguan. Come and try it right away. This Banyan Tree is located in the Songshan Lake Scenic Area. Because it is new here, some facilities are not fully developed. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor swimming pool was not open due to weather conditions. The infinity pool at Banyan Tree was a highlight The advantage of this place is that the service attitude is very good. Compared with the more businesslike and rigid service in Yangshuo, the service here is relatively more attentive and thoughtful. From check-in to throughout the stay, the service was very considerate. The handsome guy Wang Xiaoer who sometimes participates in check-in and check-out is really warm and thoughtful. The hotel's buffet and Chinese food are very good. The hotel has a shortcut to the Songshan Lake Scenic Area, which is very convenient for visiting Songshan Lake. There is still some construction going on in the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day during our stay. I'll check in again when the hotel is fully open in a while. I hope the service will remain as good as it is now.
