First of all, the service is a mess... Whether it's the owner or an employee, the customer service from the woman is really the worst. When I asked if the room was very noisy, I was told that it wouldn't be noisy if the door was closed. It was really absurd, the surroundings were noisy, and I could hear people talking outside. And they said the room could accommodate 3 people, so they paid for all 3 people, but then they told me there was an additional fee written on the website, and they told me to pay the additional fee. They said it was written on the website, but they didn't even check where it was written and just tried to take the money. As someone who works at a hotel, when a guest complains, I ask them to verify the facts. That's common sense. First of all, since I went with my parents, I paid the additional fee and filed an official complaint on the site to receive a refund. Even if it is a small amount, they first confirm it from the customer's point of view by properly checking and selling it, but the hotel said that was not the case at all and was offended. They said they were sorry and apologized. If you don't know someone, you might just ignore it, but if you know someone, it's even scarier..!! Don't do business like this And there's hair on the bedding in the room... Looks like it needs to be well maintained! I was confused as to whose hair it was. It was so steamy that I slept without a pillow and I also slept with a warm blanket;;;

It was located in a densely populated area with accommodations in the Donghae area, so it was worth walking around as there were many amenities. However, there was a lot of dust on the floor, probably because it wasn't cleaned well... Other than that, it's okay if you just want to sleep.

Bedding and cleaning were good. When I first entered the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The owner welcomed me kindly.

건물이 오래되었으나 객실을 레노베이션해서 깨끗했어요. 침구도 깨끗하고 불쾌한 냄새도 없었고 어메니티도 잘갖추어져있어서 편히 머물수있었어요. 주변이 식당가와 맥주바들이 있어 조금 시끄러운 소음들이 들어올수있는건 감안하세요. 리셉션 아주머니가 조금 퉁명스러웠지만... 그래도 가성비갑.

호텔 위치도 좋고 편의점이 가까우며 방이 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 주차장도 넓고 전반적으로 만족스러운 곳. 걸어서 주변관광지 이동하기 편리합니다.

Excellent value and nicely renovated. Walking distance to beach, "golden bat" cave, and many good restaurants. We had a great time in Donghae.

First of all, it is not recommended for winter travel. It was a Korean-style room, but the boiler was bad and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep well. I even went to see him early in the morning and asked for him, and he did the same. I understand that there is no temperature control in the room because it is a central heating system, but I said I turned on the boiler. Why is that? Rather than doing something like that, you should look into the overall heating itself. It worked to some extent, but only the floor was slightly warm and there was a cold wind blowing throughout, so my child couldn't sleep because he was constantly cold. The location is good. It's close to downtown Donghae, and you can walk to the sea in about 10 minutes. The neighborhood itself is nice and quiet, and the cleanliness is average for the price. What should I do if everything is fine? What's the use if the air conditioner doesn't work properly in the summer and the heating doesn't work properly in the winter? I hate it so much. This is especially recommended for families with children.

예약사이트에 나오는 사진이랑 달라요~ 성수기고 주말이라 예약되는 숙소가 여기밖에 없어서 고민했는데 신랑이 텐트에서 자는거보다야 낫겠지 않냐고 해서 예약하고 급 출발했어요. 감추사 근처 시내에 있는 호텔이예요. 좀 큰 모텔스러운 ㅎㅎ 창문이 열리는 창문은 아니더라구요 ;;; 근데 방이 너무 깨끗했어요. 침구류도 어지간한데보단 깨끗하더라구요. 시내에 있어서 밥먹을 데도 많고 이마트도 가깝구요. 묵호항까지도 차로 10분이 채 안걸렸어요. 혹시나 숙소 사진 때문에 고민하시는 분들이라면 강추합니다.

리모델링 되어있어서 사진보다 훨씬 좋습니다! 주변에 음식점도 많고 가성비 굿

대체적으로 깨끗/방은 작은편/탁자 없음/방 분위기는 붉은색쪽/가격은 다른곳에 비해 저렴하나 휴가 끝인데 그닥/1인 추가 2만원/주변 경치 없음

새로 리모들링 해서 전체가 깨끗해요 주변에 식당 쇼핑 아주편하고 10분 걸어가면 까아만 밤하늘 아래 밤바다가 짠하고 나타납니다 아주편하게 2박했어요 가성비? 그동네 최고입니다
