"I did contactless check-in by phone only, but it turned out to be an Airbnb. I had to do the recycling myself; it’s a hotel in name only. It feels like a friend's studio apartment where they smoke. The cleanliness is poor. The air conditioner is quite dirty. It’s a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes is terrible. It feels like an old motel. The facilities seem to be there, but it looks like a house where someone used to live. If you look at every corner of the sink and bathroom, it is dirty. They said the refrigerator was big and nice, but it is dirty. The dishes are provided, but they are dirty. Because of the smell of cigarettes, I disliked everything and felt uneasy. Anyway, the cleanliness here is very poor."

"A Korean living abroad came to Korea and stayed for a day. The pine scent was wonderful, and the walk up the pine hill behind the house was wonderful. It was also very clean. Service-wise... I wish they'd offered me a cup of barley tea when I was a guest at a hanok. I wish they'd at least offered me my bag when I got in and out of the taxi. It was fine if they didn't come, but why did they come? It felt like they'd put the place up for sale to a real estate agent."
