東台是個基礎建設很好的城市，但是人的素質還有待提高。隨地吐痰，室內吸煙，比比皆是。這裏的人對環境乾淨整潔的意識是不高的。
説到全季的服務也是的。基礎感覺都有，但是細節不好。比如枕頭都有一股腦油味。比如早飯的餐桌擦不乾淨，都是痕跡。比如早飯根本沒有什麼可以吃的，蘋果汁和葡萄汁都捨不得加，倒都到不出來。熱水也要找阿姨專門打，泡茶機是放不出水的。
