"The front desk service attitude is poor. When I called to inform you that the check-out time was approaching, they complained and spoke in a bad tone. The TV was not working. The wireless signal in the room was very poor. The decorations of the previous guest in the hotel room were not removed and restored. The front desk spoke to the guests in a bad manner and did not use a friendly tone. There was no greeting when I checked out or entered the hotel. I could not feel the warmth."

The experience was absolutely amazing! 📍Excellent location: Located right next to Huanghai Forest Park, within walking distance, the forest's negative oxygen ions fill us with a breathtaking view – a true natural oxygen bar. 🏠Comfortable room: The warm colors are inviting, the living room is spacious, and the kitchen is integrated with the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, making breakfast easy and making you feel right at home. 👶A paradise for kids: The children's play area is a blast! It's stocked with Lego, dolls, puzzles, and even a small ball pool. The kids are instantly excited, no need to bother with anything. 🛏Thoughtful bedrooms: The multi-bedroom design features a soft and comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The children's room is a cartoon theme, complete with a tent and bunk bed. The kids actively requested to stay there, and they slept beautifully.
