我們是晚上到店的，前台把最破舊的房間給我們上海客人，燈光昏暗，空調無感，聯繫前台，前台託詞:酒店老舊了！後來我愛人到前台力爭才換了個房間！請問大家:這是格林豪泰綠樹下的管理嗎？！

這是我入住半個多月後的點評，很冷靜，也很客觀，當然我選擇低價格的酒店，自然也預料到入住體驗不好的打算。設施不怎麼樣，淋浴熱水放了20幾分鐘才熱，空調也要好一會兒才有温度，感覺入住還要顧客做點心理建設才能接受。衞生較差，進入的時候，淋浴間還有毛髮沒清掃乾淨，馬桶上有幾滴水漬。環境還行，東台站附近，也不算很吵。服務不好，進房間看了之後想退的，但工作人員説入住超10分鐘後不能退了，我已經進入20分鐘了，這個不怪工作人員；我在攜程上看明明還有其他房間，想換房，可工作人員卻説滿房了，是真是假暫且不論，工作人員按工作規定做，是不足以差評的。讓我覺得應該寫差評的是，酒店方工作人員語氣不怎麼好，至少多為顧客着想，耐心點好好説也就過去了，可我僵持了好一會兒，也衹落得個硬着頭皮住的解決辦法。
