The room is a bit small. The air conditioner is awesome. I remember it right. The room does not seem to provide mineral water. The advantage is that it is close to the beach.

酒店位置在北侖河邊，是老闆一家人經營的，看重他家的帶陽台套房，在陽台上可以看到河對岸的越南，訂的時候網上沒有這個房型，就訂了其他房，到前台辦理入住時提到此房，老闆人好，説的是剛才收拾出來就免費升級給我們了，真的是棒棒的酒店。

離海邊近，兩三分鐘就到海邊了，如果想人少點，就延着海岸線往前走（還沒漲潮可以看到很多小螃蟹）。有電梯不用擔心行李和腿腳不便，樓頂很寬，老闆提供衣架曬衣服非常方便。停車有停車場（防城港自駕方便），周圍海鮮店多吃飯方便，距離萬尾農貿市場也近（走路10多分鐘也可以掃電動車幾分鐘），東興口岸開車也近。老闆家正在裝修旁邊樓的，老闆説看國慶節能不能裝修好餐廳，以後加工海鮮方便。海水不清亮（可能天氣原因吧），但是小朋友玩的也很開心。
