設施：酒店建設應該有些年頭，但保養得還是不錯的。
衞生：衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨。
環境：酒店自己有個蠻大的院子，清清靜靜的。
服務：服務是最值得表揚的。從停車場的保安到前台服務員都很熱情，都有主動服務的意識，在酒店遇到的服務人員都會主動和微笑你打招呼，讓人有親切感。

服務很貼心，入住登記完管家小貿送我們上電梯，有賓至如歸的感覺，還送了新鮮的水果和飲料，管家還發了橫店景點遊覽攻略和景點節目時間表，可以根據自己的時間合理安排遊覽項目，酒店早餐很豐盛，酒店到幾個景點也都很方便，車程衹有幾分鐘的時間，入住體驗還是挺棒的

臨時決定拐到本橫店走一走、攜程上定的親子套房，房間不是很大，有一個大床一個小床，適合家庭出遊帶小小朋友，兩個小朋友也可以住得下，酒店的硬件設施比較老一點，地理位置去哪兒都比較方便。人員服務是真的好，酒店大堂的一位服務人員、全程熱情的服務、管家很貼心、服務很到位。
