房間大，對面就是秦王宮。前台小哥態度很好，一樓還有免費礦泉水隨便拿。自助早餐也不錯，見到打掃衞生的阿姨好幾次，她都微笑打招呼。後面續住了一天，前台換了個小姐姐，態度也很好。總之體驗很好，必須給好評。

地理位置超級方便，就在秦王宮和夢幻谷邊上，有免費的地下停車庫，房間也很乾凈，落地窗外面的景色也不錯，可以看到摩天輪。服務態度特別好～

這次出來旅遊唯一覺得差強人意的酒店
距離秦王宮入口很近，交通便利
但整體感覺不太好的有2點:
1. 員工服務：晚上入住酒店，因為帶寶寶，想去先看下房間，結果前台説網上的圖就是實景圖，在我再三要求下才去看的，雖説她也解釋了當晚就她一個人當班，但一開始不説明，且回覆可以直接看網圖，還是挺讓人不舒服的
2. 訂了兩個房間，雙床房整個房間的電路跳閘，電視打不開，插座沒電，叫了工程維修半天才修好，我説讓家人換房，家人不想折騰便作罷
值得表揚的是：第二天上午的男生前台服務態度蠻好的，進出門都會主動問好，前一天會員權益置換的延遲退房被系統拒絕，跟前台溝通後也同意延遲退房，雖然實際上我並沒有超過12點退房
